best buy provided great service, i could not fit this tv in my car, so the geek squad tech brought it to my house

I’ve enjoyed this TV for about a year and a half. HDR is not true HDR unfortunately so I kind of wished I paid for a true HDR tv. However it still plays 4K games beautifully on my Xbox one x and the HDR looks decent, better on high color animated type shows. Awesome tv overall so far.

TV is great. Just some limited functionality versus the higher end TV from last year. I own a KU8500 which is similar to the MU7000. Yet, the new TV will only turn off after 4 hours of no activity. It was adjustable before. Had to go with the 7000 series because only had room for a 40" TV. Great value.

only bad part is I gave up trying to get Directv to activate RVU feature on my account. they had no idea what I was talking about. I guess DTV just like to add their little expensive boxes.

Started getting the black screen problem a month after purchase. But worse than that, the screen didn't just go black, the TV just turned straight off any time I would plug something else into the same outlet. Samsung customer service was not very helpful, either. One agent would give me one answer, then another agent (and a supervisor) would give me another. Even if the TV was of upmost quality, the shadiness of Samsung's customer service is enough of a turn off.

Excellent product and excellent service. Decision to purchase from Best Buy was based on price and customer service. More than pleased with the Geek Squad.

While not true HDR, this TV puts out a great picture thanks to wide color gamut. Any kind of content looks great and it has low input lag for gaming.

What a great TV! No complaints voice activated remote so no more finding little buttons for the sleep timer. Just say sleep timer 30 minutes cool

The only downside is the volume and turning off TV have to be done with the TV remote. Our DirecTV remote turns it on with the satellite.

The picture on this tv was disappointing to me. I have FIOS, so the video stream feeding into the tv is only 1080. In this case the tv needs to make the conversion (upscaling) so that it can be viewed. Instead of a great picture, it was actually not crisp. Text was blurry. I believe that it would be better to buy a regular HD tv, so I returned this one. Also the sound was very poor compared to my current analogue crt tv - an old Panasonic.So a soundbar would be needed to have good audio. I liked the smart remote. And I suspect this tv would be very good paired with a BluRay player or a faster speed carrier connection.

This 40 inch LED has met all my expectations. The picture quality is excellent and the menu is easy to use.

With the personalized assistance I got the best available 40" 4K UHD television available with a value not available on line.

I love the 4K UHD definition on this TV, and its ability to use Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, even the web browser if necessary.

Our home was hit by lightin and we had to replace our other samsung TV we love this one just like the other samsung we had

It is Excellent! Even the smallest of people will appreciate this TV.

Easy to install once you accept just starting installation process and following instructions on the screen.

This was my first foray into 4K television and I couldn't be happier. The voice activated remote is awesome.
