My TV was missing the mounting adapters making it impossible to mount. I've called customer service several times. I also called Samsung four times, and a month later I still don't have them.

The Best Buy open box is Very Poor the TV was junk. The TV was broken before it was shipped The TV was missing parts DO NOT TRUST THE OPEN BOX OFFERING BAD. BAD. BAD

Our TV worked for all of a week. We are waiting for The Geek Squad to come back and replace it. No TV while we wait.

This tv is amazing for gaming, has great HDR color, great brightness, easy menu and settings navigation, it is sleek and thin and has a classy appearance. The semi matte screen seems to ward off reflections nicely and the sound is good too. I've gone through several tvs over the past 2 years and this one is a keeper. I can see myself using this tv for years and years to come! Love it.

This is our first Ultra 4K Smart TV, and this is just 40" Samsung is great. Picture quality is excellent, set up easy, remote is brilliant. Only had one problem where Samsung shorted four small screws for stand; needed to return to Best Buy and store manager came up with screws. This Smart TV does super job with Netflix, You Tube etc. 5 Stars all the way. PS: sound is excellent for small Dolby speakers!

Picked this up to upgrade a 10-year old flat-screen I had in a small bedroom. I go to Samsung for one thing and one thing only - picture quality. This TV is amazing. For just 40inches, it gives such an immersive experience it's insane. I am still not crazy about HDR - there's times when it makes the viewing experience better, but then there's times when I turn it off and whatever I'm watching makes much more sense. The only two things that I can nit-pick on are: Sound - understandably for such a thin frame, the TV is not able to produce powerful sound. I have it hooked up to a soundbar so this is not a problem for me. Stand - it's sharp looking and cool, but I think a more standardized, classic stand would have been a much better option for this TV. This of course is subjective.

I have 8 Samsung TVs and believe they are consistently the best. They all work in a similar way which makes it easy to move from room to room, Bought this one as an upgrade in our Master Bedroom which it is. Excellent color and clarity particularly on movies. BUT I intensely dislike the remote. They have miniaturized it to the point of uselessness. You must look at it closely and even then it is not intuitive. Very difficult to use the mute feature and if for some reason you press the wrong button on the cable remote and drop the HDMI source it has no source button to use. Has color buttons for features not available in the US and Canada. "DUH". Really poor design. I solved our problem by using a Samsung remote from another TV. Bad job Samsung.

O bought this tv because the quantity in the imagen picture is fantastic

I bought this TV to solely use it as a computer monitor. I'm glad I did because it works really well! The text is sharp, the colors are bright and the blacks are good for a edge lit LED screen.

I recommend the Samsung 7000 Series 4K Ultra HDTV with High Dynamic Range. I spent a few months researching TV's prior to my purchase. The quality of the 7000 series is Superior compared to 99% of the other HDTV's available. I only needed a 40" and it's a fact that this is the best 40" HDR on the market right now. Incredible picture quality.

I bought this TV for my Xbox One X and the picture is beautiful and it has true HDR and great sound. I have owned many Samsung TV's and never had a problem. I highly recommend this TV.

Beautiful looking 4K TV that has an above average picture quality, though not up to par with my Sony XBR 930D in my living room. Doesn't quite have the pop of some of the higher level 55"/65" sets. Still it has a very good quality pic with a few tweaks. Make sure you take off the HDR for non HDR video. My set came with it activated and it actually made the pic worse. You can change and save the settings by input so I have it off for regular cable/sat TV and on for Amazon Prime streaming, which is the only 4K available to the set at this point. My one complaint with this TV is that it washes out easily in a well lit room due to reflections, plus the viewing angle is not huge. I would not be that impressed with the set if it were in my living room, but for a bedroom where you typically watch shows at night, it looks very good. Bottom line, I recommend it for bedroom and other dark room viewing, but not for a main, well lit living area.

Nice size for bedroom. Picture quality is great! Very easy to setup and get working. Would recommend this product.

I bought it in 2018 and still working very good I love it

Brought TV during superbowl to put in basement near bar after two months screen went total black . Tried to get a replace from bestbuy and they denied me told me to call samsung. Say what no replacement I spent $700.00 dollars best buy you are lucky samsung value there customers. Called samsung within a week they came to the house and fix the tv. One of the boards inside of the tv went out. TV is now fixed 5/04/2017

Purchased 6/23/2017. Issue with bracket screws required larger than previous Samsung TV. Supplied optical cable too short. Once setup picture is great. Amazing how much smaller dimensions rae due to reduction in size of cabinet. Watched TV and old b&w are unbelievably clean. Looking forward to years of enjoyment,

so the tv is great but the remote stopped working . i have two of these tv's and one of remotes stopped so call samsung and it only has 30 day warranty . i could see if it was dropped but its well take care of.

You don't need a 4K on a TV this size but it's still nice. What get's me is this is NOT a good TV for gaming - Refresh rate is a made up number and meaningless. If you plan on gaming with this look elsewhere. sort of disappointed playing TGC2.

I was missing the wall mount adapters. I called Samsung and Best Buy several times, after 2 weeks and I still can't mount my TV. This is not the first problem I've had with Best Buy customer service. Time to re-evaluate my relationship with Best Buy. Other than that, I love the TV.
