Bought and hooked up. Great picture and easy set up. Only problem is it kept turning itself back on. First night, wife asked why I left on, I didn’t. As next day progressed with much testing, the thing would not stay off. Did get it to stay off when disconnected from every thing. Tried Tech Support but they were little help. Probably needs future firmware update. Took back two days later. Issue suspected to be conflict with TV and my provider, one I was not willing to arbitrate. Internet search revealed this not an uncommon problem. Would not recommend until after firmware update.

Bought this TV as a temporary replacement while waiting for my larger TV to arrive at Best Buy. I was surprised at how sharp and clear the picture is and how fast it boots up. The TV integrates well with all my devices including Apple TV, MS Display Adapter, and cable TV provider. The remote is compact and not as bulky as my old TV remote and after a short practice session with it I was able to navigate to everything I needed to setup and watch TV from the different devices I have it hooked up to. The price was good for a TV with so many features. Only four stars because the audio is a little weak and muddled but I'll be looking at plugging it in to a separate sound system.

Went to BB looking for a sound bar solution for older flat screen and left with this one. Absolutely thrilled with everything about it!

This is a very nice tv and fit perfectly for our bedroom. We did a 55" for the living room and the room size made a dramatic difference. No issues against the tv, but I wouldn't want to go any bigger for a bedroom unless it's a very large room.

Hands down the best 40" 4k. I tried out one from LG for much cheaper and its proof you get what you pay for. It works well for gaming and movies. The smart remote was my favorite feature. If you want HDR, be sure to turn it on in the settings.

I bought a 6000 series TV but took it back and exchanged it for a 7000 series because the online specs. said it had a headphone jack which is what i wanted on a TV for night time vewing. when I opened it up it DID NOT have a jack as advertised. this is my last samsung to buy

For someone like me, who is not particularly tech savvy and with with some tutoring from "PC Double Agent" A.J. Argie, I feel comfortable operating such a complicated piece of electronics. He was a big help!

To date the Samsung HDTV with HDR 7000 series is a fair deal for the dollars paid. To program the TV to receive the best quality picture and sound takes a little time to navigate, the software is not the best user friendly, but it works with some patience and understanding, the quality of the picture is of good quality, overall rating of 4 stars.

The picture on the tv is great. Now for the bad stuff. It took 10 mins to get the tv setup to the wifi which is way to long. Also you cant control anything with the remote. I can get the options and setting to come up but the basic controls dont work. I cant get the channels to change and the volume to go up or down. Just go to mute or on the volume its set on. I paid a lot of money and cant control the tv with the remote. Now I have to spend more money to get a remote that works.

Si impressed with the colors and picture of the TV. Smart feature s and apps make this such a better experience.

really clear picture and easy to learn. 4k is the way to go by all means.

I purchased this tv after extensive analysis online. We installed it behind our FIOS box. I was unimpressed with the picture. Then I came to understand that FIOS does not provide 4K so the image was being upscaled. I frankly think that caused a degradation in the image. I returned this lovely tv and got a much cheaper, standard High Def tv. There is a perfect match between signal and tv and to me the picture is much clearer. I do not have BluRay videos, so I couldn't tell you how that would have looked. I suspect it would have been terrific on the tv.

We are enjoying this product and the picture is clear and crisp. The size is very nice for our bedroom too. My only problem is finding a VCR/DVD combo that will work with it. My former model does not have an HDMI connection and I have not been able to connect to this TV. We have VHS tapes from family videos that we would still like to play.

Excellent tv great image and perfect size and easy to use

Superb hdr picture quality for the price. Nice apps and features are like bluetooth and 3 hdmi ports. Would be nice if there's a aux connection but all in all really great tv
