This surround sound is pretty loud and i love that is wireless so you don't have to see ugly wires sticking out

Returned because of bluetooth issues (cuts out the signal, it was almost impossible to listen to my music). Overall great sound, deep bass, easy to connect.

After having a lot of other products from Samsung, I was really hoping that this would have been awesome. I was wrong. The Sub-woofer is dead and has no punch. While watching an action movie, most of the 50 cals sounded more like .22. Explosions sound more like the poppers that you throw on the ground. I will say that watching a musical was nice. I was able to hear voices very well, some of the foley came out nicely like listening to someone walking through grass, or someone putting a glass on a table even though there was some dead spots around the 14k hz. But when the singing started and the music was going, you could not hear the bassoons, tubas, bass clarinets and bass drum. Over all, if you are needing something that is a step up from your TV, this is great. If you are looking for something more, look for something else.

I recently purchased this soundbar to hook it up to a Samsung TV and assumed I will be able to control it (turn on and off, adjust volume) with a TV remote. I was wrong. There are 3 ways of connecting it to the TV: optical cable (you can't adjust the volume with a TV remote, have to use soundbar remote), HDMI ARC (Anynet+, soundbar does not power up with a TV), Bluetooth which is called SoundShare/SoundConnect (might allow to control it with a TV remote if you specifically have a 2015 Samsung TV series 6400 or above... I was told by Samsung rep over a chat session). Now, my TV does not have Bluetooth, so I'm out of luck, having it hooked up with HDMI ARC I still have to use soundbar remote to turn it on when I turn the TV on (this was confirmed by 3 different reps over 3 separate phone calls as well as over a live chat). Unless you have a newer Samsung TV (possibly 2015) with Bluetooth and have a lot of time to play with setting it up my advice is DO NOT BUY.

It's easy to install and connect also good quality sound.

I did not think this improved the sound of my TV no matter what settings I used. I tried boosting the subwoofer to max, used different preset sound settings, raising treble, lowering it, ETC. Nothing seemed to make that much difference to justify the $200 cost of the system. I like Samsung, but really don't think this product is worth it.

Got this for Xmas present had it hooked up pretty quickly, paired it with tv was able to use cable remote to turn on and off , very disappointed with sub woofer can't even tell its on , if you put your ear to it you can hear it I have it turned up all the way. Sound bar itself sounds good but woofer useless!!

This system is so easy to setuo and sounds amazing.

I have a Samsung S5 so I bought this sound bar to match brands. Unfortunately the sound quality is below average. After doing some research and comparison I decided to replace it with the LG LAS551H. Currently on sale the LG LA551H does not disappoint, it is a 320w system that outperforms the Samsung HW-J450/ZA.

For the money you can't go wrong with this sound bar and sub woofer.
