Tv is nice, bought it to play games and watch stuff on my ps5. Took some time to fine tune the audio, wasnt a big fan of the game mode.
Also wish the remote was a bit bigger, losing it constantly.

Fantastic picture for 4k, but not so great for less than 1080 programs. Tried to use for gaming on YouTube and picture was fuzzy. Returned the TV as I use it a lot for gaming on YouTube and watch a lot of older shows that are available at 720.

I have an issue with my earc port. I've tried 3 soundbars that work on other tvs (2 sony and 1 LG). The S90D won't transmit sound over earc. Also, it doesn't support 120hz display on PC over the HDMI. I called Samsung. First agent said I would receive a text on how to get it fixed. After 2 days, no text. I called back and second agent had me do the same steps and then said I can get it repaired and she sent a link to schedule a repair. I clicked on the link and it said to call Samsung. I called Samsung, again, I had to go through all the same steps. Again, the agent said they would send a new text and I could schedule a repair. He guaranteed the new text would work. I received the text and the text said to call Samsung. I called again. A new agent also wanted me to go through all the same steps! But this time at the end he said he would escalate the issue and I should expect a call back in 2-3 days! What a terrible way to do business.

This is my second Samsung TV. I never had a problem with the first one but this one has given me nothing but problems with the SOUND. Somedays we have sound and other days there is no SOUND. I have been on the phone with Samsung a number of times and did every kind of reset & change along with video call. I am now waiting for a repair tech to come to the house. I would really like a refund and get a different model. Other people have had an issue similar to this.

Overpriced for what you get. The extra picture quality is not worth the extra price. OLED is susceptible to burn-in so you need to be aware of how long an image is on your screen such as a news network's logo. Also, after I gave Best Buy my email when I bought a Best Buy Plus membership, I started receiving tons of spam. It could be a coincidence but I doubt it.

If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

I recently purchased my mom a new fridge, stove & microwave from Best Buy and then I purchased 5 OLED TV's. I signed up for the Best Buy credit card with a $14,000 card limit but when it was time to purchase my TV's, the card declined. Had a difficult time getting it straightened out so I had to use my regular card instead.
