This is a very good TV. Beautiful image, very good sound, and very nice specs. Top of the line 43" with top price too. In this case, you get what you pay for! Setup is a breeze specially if you own a Samsung Galaxy 7 phone. It communicates with your phone (must be on same wi-fi). Remote is very sleek and with voice commands. If you are looking for nothing less than the best 43", you should buy this one (note: not curved screen).

This is true Samsung quality. I am amazed at the picture quality. I stream from an older generation Apple TV and the picture is crisp and bright. There is no motion blur. The viewing angle range is great. If you're looking for a primary TV in a small place or a high quality bedroom TV, this is the one for you. Affordability meets quality. The TV has all the smart TV apps built in. The software responds instantly. There is even a web browser built in.

Very nice color and resolution. Remote is voice- enabled. Hower, the new Samsung remote has no numeric key pad so can't enter channel number directly.

This is my first 4k UHD and I'm not disappointed. The setup was a breeze. The remote control is unbelievably simple yet versatile enough to control my Dish device as well as the TV. (On less remote to deal with!) And the picture quality is outstanding.

This Samsung has far exceeded my expectations. Setup was easy and quick and instructions were easy to follow. The picture is amazing and I can't believe the difference 4k makes, even on non 4k broadcasts. I went into Best Buy to buy a small item (not a TV) and on the way to the back of the store I went thru the TV department and came back that afternoon and bought a new TV, only because I was so blown away by the clear and sharp image. Having aps like Netflix preloaded, makes things much easier too. I didn't need or even plan to get a new TV, but I am so glad every night that I did!!!

Set up simple, finished in less than half an hour. Comes with many apps already installed and more can be added as needed. Only real disappointment so far has been watching at an angle. Straight on the picture is flawless but fades somewhat from angular watching. Would certainly buy again.

It is hard to a find a quality tv/picture that is under 50 inches...I did not want the tv to overwhelm the room...a small bedroom/sitting room...I kinda wanted a curved screen...but they are mainly in the 55 inch > category...so I found this one in the Magnolia Dept. on sale!!! Great hd picture with the high dynamic range processor......a little brighter than my lg oled...and samsung has different way of thinking about color...this is fine..The remote...is clean and sleek...because there is no keypad on it...so you have to do on screen tuning...the Good News...my other samsung remotes from older tvs work on this one!!! Also, the buttons have embedded menus, etc. so when changing channels...up or down...if you press down, you get the channel menu...not sure I like this...samsung crammed alot in on this remote...not the most intuitive for less techie people....bottom line, the picture is vibrant and pleasing...Also, awesome customer service at best buy...they know their products and hustle...thank you Best Buy!!! I did not have much time to hang out...needed to get in and out...and they made it possible...

Bought to upgrade to HD and can't believe the difference in picture quality. Only wish I'd done this sooner!! Picture is sharp and colors are true and bright. Images look "live" and the excellent screen quality has greatly enhanced my enjoyment of TV watching.

If I had done better research, I would have known that the ``sweet spot'' for viewing this 4K TV is pretty narrow -- anything outside of 75 degrees (if you peg 90 degrees as on a direct line from viewer to middle of screen) the color fades and drains right out of faces, though the picture remains sharp. I also would have known that 120 MHz advertised is really a software-enhanced 60 mhz and there is some juddering, especially on old, pre-HD era programming. Not severe, but noticeable. The motion control settings help, and are advisable for sports. I have all other tweaks and controls turned off. Mastering the voice-remote control, which is decent, helps get to settings and out of them, though the voice-remote doesn't work when Smart TV is being used. The little remote control itself is surprisingly easy to get used to, but why do equipment makers think every remote has to be made in matte black, where it will disappear in a room darkened for TV viewing? By far the worst aspect of this TV is the default picture settings, which are excessively saturated on all four of the supplied options: Standard, Dynamic, Natural and Movie. There was a vivid green-yellow tint to almost all foliage and even football fields that was especially intrusive even when color was desaturated. Samsung support was, in a word, useless, in remedying the problem. Online research, however, produced a labor-intensive way to hack through to a very satisfying setting, so my TV is now permanently set at Movie, Warm 1, with the white-balance modifications. The picture, adjusted, viewed at the perpendicular, is gorgeous. Streaming Ultra HD programming, such as ``Man in the High Castle'' or ``Mozart in the Jungle,'' is very rewarding. Standard HD viewing is likewise sharp and clear. Older programming is solid. Can't vouch for the set's sound except at the intial setup, as I have the set hooked up to a 5.1 system. I ended up getting the TV for about $550 after Best Buy promptly honored its price-match promise.

I don't normally write reviews and don't normally write them within a few days of buying the product when I do, but this tv is awesome sound, color, picture, remote is strange but works fine super easy to set up. So glad I got this to replace the 2yr old Vizio in the master bedroom, my wife generally shows no interest in tech stuff but was so glad I bought this tv that she made me put it up as soon as I got home because she hated that Vizio since I bought it, live and learn I guess I always buy Samsung and get disappointed when I try something else being cheap.

This is a great tv with a beautiful picture and great sound. It's easy to set up and the 4K looks amazing! I bought this tv to "future proof" myself for when they start broadcasting in 4K. My only disappointment is that there is only one HDMI port that supports HRD. Other then that is perfect.

    Nice TV Does 4K60 444

I was in the market for a 4K TV to use as a PC monitor. I tried a budget Chinese 50 inch. It was a decent TV but it did not support 444 Chroma at 4K 60. This is important to get sharp small text and full color resolution at 4K from a PC. Also I discovered that 50 inches was too big on my desk.. I knew most of the better 2016 Samsungs supported 444 at 4K60. The 43K7000 had just been released and I brought one home and as expected it handled the 4K60 signal from my PC properly. One disappointment was the stand. Even though the Samsung was 43" ,the stand took up more space on my desk than the 50" bargain set. Still 43" was the right size, I could see the whole screen with none of the reflections or significant color shifts I found so annoying with the 50. I don't like the remote. It is cheap and fiddly and with the new version of Samsung's TV smart operating system you will be using it a lot. I also am not wild about this new vesrion. Hard to say if it is the remote or Tizen that is the problem. I used a colorimeter to calibrate the TV and like most recent Samsungs, calibration is straight foward. The end result was excellent, with good color accuracy and decent blacks. I have a much lager high end Samsung in my living room and this 43 incher isn't in that league but it is excellent for the price. I suspect the price will come down rapidly making it an even better value. Keep in mind this is a 60 Hz display. Sure, the specs say 120 Motion Rate., but that is just marketing speak. This TV only has 3 HDMI ports and only HDMI 1 supports 4K60 444. For the price this a good TV to use as PC monitor. With a better remote and at a $100 less I would have given it 5 stars.

I am absolutely glad i finally upgraded from my old TV to the 4K TV. i was thinking of first just replacing my old 36 inch Sony Trinitron to a standard HD Tv, but decided to try the 4K instead, and i was glad I did. I saw detail in pictures even in broadcast mode that i have neve seen before. Color is excellent. And playing back 4K Bluray discs on this is excellent.

Was looking for the biggest and best TV possible for my motorhome... and this fit the job. It's thin, light, and definitely high definition with great remote. And one of the best features is if you plug something into any of the HDMI ports it will find the manufacturer code within minutes and then the remote controls it. It fantastic!

Way Better Than the 6 Series Samsung

The 7 Series is way better quality than the 6 Series. I used to own a 6 Series and wasn't entirely satisfied. After convincing myself to fork over a few more hundred dollars, I upgraded to this. I have to say this exceeded my expectations. The software in the TV makes it like it has an Apple TV built into it. If you're searching for a TV in this size and have the financials, you can't go wrong. I wish it was cheaper, that would be my only complaint. I play my xbox one on it all the time, no delay time what so ever. It's just as good as my Asus Monitor. The sound quality is great as well and the picture is unbelievable. I hope this helps you make your decision!

We purchased this tv for my in-laws and they absolutely love it. The picture is incredible and it's easy to navigate through (my in-laws are in their 70s and mastered Netflix and other apps immediately). My husband and I will most likely end up buying one for us as well.

This TV is awesome. First, the price was right. Second, the picture is crisp and beautiful. But I think the greatest feature is its tech, especially the remote. The TV recognizes components plugged in automatically and can program the remote for them.

My 8 year old Sharp LED/LCD TV finally died and I needed a new TV. I already have a Samsung Smart TV in a lower resolution. I love this new 4K TV. Picture is beautiful and set up was very easy. I just wish the TV wasn't smarter than me!
