    Bottom 6 inches of screen was duplicated above, making the video unwatchable, right from first connection.. Best Buy could not have provided worse service. Although delivery had been free, along with 3 other Samsung TVs (55", 43", 32"), they wanted me to carry it into store and swap it for another brand. Or, ship it back via UPS after buying a container. They would not send employee to do the swap. I've never been to the store. I ordered the 4 TVs online from the Home Theater group. TV would not fit into my 2-seater car. I am closer to 70 than to 75. I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone, being transferred from 1 dept to another, or just having the phone line go dead. Incredibly poor customer service. Best Buy has lost an "Elite" customer for life.

    Issues with delivery and color

    We purchased 2 Samsung TVs from Best Buy the first one 1080 is much better product. The 4K ultra HD seems like a lemon. Not only we had issue with the delivery ( they delivered a broken TV and we had to send it back) the color is not clear and always dark. We tried to adjust it but doesn't work.

    Voice recognition remote not up to the task. Poor viewing angles. Very odd surround sound effect. Would not buy again.

    Excellent TV

    Yesterday I bought the Samsung 43 inch UN43KU7000FXZA. As usual, I checked Amazon and Best Buy internet and then go to the store. This 43 inch is a 2016 set and it is much better than the prior years. When you get it home do go into settings and adjust the picture and sound. After watching and adjusting I now have it to my like. My only negative is that the picture, while great, is a straight on picture view. it does not have much side view, but for me that is o'k. I bought a sound bar but returned it since the sound is fine to me.

    I have been looking at TVs for months in preparation for having to downsize after buying a tiny house. My new bedroom is 10 x 10 so a 40 - 43 in was perfect and out went my 10 yr old Samsung. I looked at the 6300 series but this 43 in 7000 had enough of an extra pop with off the charts colors. Even regular programming looks phenomenal but when streaming ultra hd ... it's perfection! Set up took me less than 15 minutes since the smart part took over and after a few seconds of watching an screen tutorial about the smart remote ... it was super fast. Btw ... love the smart remote! The smart hub part is intuitive and works great ... streaming Netflix, etc or using the browser and sharing with my phone, mirroring, etc ... it's all good. So, if you can afford it and only have room for or simply want a 40 or 43 inch ultra hd smart tv ... then the Samsung 7000 series is definitely for you.

    Good, but not great when compared to the X800D

    TV for our workout room: I purchased this TV, the Samsung UN43KU7000FXZA, and thought it was pretty decent for TV and movies, but not as good as I had hoped when watching sports. It struggled with fast motion, but I probably would have lived with it if my wife didn't absolutely hate the smart remote. The remote looks cool, but you have to go several layers into the menu to do ANYTHING. Not fun when walking on a treadmill. I took it back and exchanged it for the Sony XBR43X800D. I originally couldn't decide between the two TV's. The Sony XBR43X800D absolutely has a superior picture, and it isn't even close in my opinion(especially for sports). If you ware trying to decide between these 2 tv's, go Sony. I spent about an hour calibrating each tv to get the best picture. I'm not saying this is a bad TV, its just not an good and they are priced the same currently. If you are like me and are reading all kinds of online reviews, I hope this helps. An added surprise is the X800D has a built in chromecast, which works great.

    I loved this tv for exactly 26 months. Then the left side of the screen went black and at 26 months Samsung will do nothing to rectify the problem which seems to be a defective power board. There are many more complaints about this online. My first and last Samsung.
