Terrible experience

You have to do your own homework and watch them like a hawk. I wanted my TV For the Super Bowl but got it 5 days later. I was so disappointed. However the delivery person and the customer service person made it better.

Easy to operate

The remote is a little small, it is fairly easy to use after you get to know what button to use. I personally just like the larger remote that has a button for everything and tells me what it's for.

I needed to replace a TV in another room with something in the 40"-43" class, and when this model was placed on sale I bought one.

Perfect for what it is!

I love the internet access that comes preloaded with Nextflix, Amazon prime, YouTube and much more. It's very convenient. The remote is a bit of a learning curve but other then that it's a amazing!!
