Great picture once I found the combination of "expert" settings that make it bright enough in my particular room without exaggerated color saturation and contrast. Nice overall appearance, excellent remote with voice controls that actually work, good connectivity, reasonably good sound for down-firing speakers in a flat screen case, although to get some bass, they made the sound a little hollow--as if the news anchor is speaking in a stone cathedral. I intended on adding a sound-bar anyway (the Samsung 550 is very good). I can't say that a 4K picture is dramatically better than 1080p on a 43" screen, which is as big as I can use in the spot, but for a few extra bucks (on sale) I chose to make the jump--maybe for just a little extra pop from Planet Earth 2, and for the future.

I was aware that I probably would not be able to tell the difference between this UHD TV and the 42 inch HD plasma that it replaced. And, in fact, I can't. That being said the picture is outstanding! And, for the first time when I have replaced one of my previous older TV sets this was truly a 'Plug and Play' set up for me. The 'smart TV' setup was a breeze and after approximately one month I have no complaints with this television set.

Great TV, internet accessible, voice activated remote, connect wireless keyboard, bluetooth devices, etc - lot of conveniences that I always wanted with my TV. Set up was a breeze - just plug and play, my kinda thing, user friendly! Picture quality, and other frills are a given and in the specs, so no questions about that.

We had been talking about getting a smart tv for a while. Finally we decided to purchase the Samsung 43". We knew Samsung was a good brand and really wanted something larger then our current 32" but space was limited. The 43" works great, has a great picture and is easy to navigate. We are really pleased with this purchase.

Comparing to hisense and LG. Color is most vibrant. Black is blackest. Pictures are the most crisp. The remote is awesome, has voice commands and can control my comcast cable box. Plus, the speakers on the tv is pretty great and there's a Bluetooth option if you want to hook up your Bluetooth speakers.

Great picture, simple assembly, if you can use a screwdriver,it will take you 10 minutes with 5 to spare. great remote control. If you have trouble with this remote you can talk to the speaker and it will change the channel or take you to any show you would like to watch as well as on demand movies.

I found this Smart TV as an open box deal, so it was discounted significantly. After bringing home and setting it up, I really was amazed at how clear and realistic the screen images were! Also a plus was that the remote is very simplistic without 50 different buttons to press. Thanks Best Buy!

This item is the first TV I've purchased in 8 years. I did a lot of online research, looking for a Samsung product as I had purchased previously. This 4K has enough of the bells and whistles that I enjoy and can incorporate in the future. it was so easy to install. The picture is so clear.

Bought the tv for my bedroom and do enjoy having it. Like everything about it the picture, colors, and just the right size.

I bought this TV on sale with a price match included. Set up was quick and simple. I felt it was pretty self explanatory. I'd read reviews about poor sound quality, but I had no issues. I do, however, live in a small apartment (about 525 sq ft). If you live in a larger home and sound becomes an issue I think a soundbar would be quick fix. Visuals were a huge upgrade from my last TV. Pictures were vibrant and crisp. With HD, even imperfections in skin was noticeable! There was some occasional lag when loading apps or movies, but it quickly resolved within a few seconds. Overall a great purchase! And excellent for the amount paid!

after an unfortunate end to my lg 4K television I was forced to invest in a new tv. now apparently I never really liked the picture on my lg because I have watched way more television and played many more video games on this samsung than I ever did on my lg which I know has to do with how I feel about the way the picture displays because no other factors in my leg changed. the picture on this television is exceptionally vivid and clear. I just cannot get over the clarity. watching shows in 4K is an absolute dream and the only tv I’ve ever felt like rendered better were the OLEDs I saw in store. I also like the smart hub and the vast amount of applications available on the tv. I never used the smart features on my lg because I hated the interface but everything is much more smooth on this samsung and, in a way, my lg breaking down was a gift so I could enjoy tv (and my endless steaming subscriptions) again.

I'm usually an LG TV buyer but I thought I'd try Samsung. This has been a well thought out TV. The remote is smart and is very minimalistic. The picture is fantastic and colors are bright. If I even need to buy another TV Samsung will be a top option

I've had my tv for about a month. It was easy to install and set up, we even mounted it on the wall. I absolutely love the picture and the quality! I only use Netflix and pandora but it also features other apps as well. Love it so far, I recommend!

Great tv the picture is great the sound isn’t to loud you have to turn it all the way up but I think with a sound bar you will be good overall it’s perfect and I love that it’s a smart TV and I can do all type of things on it plus watch tv!

I bought this TV when my 9 year old LG flat screen finally died. I really wanted to go for a larger model, but I am space restricted. After checking out online reviews, which were few due to this model's newness, I made the plunge. Setup was easy. The remote took a little getting used to because it is unlike any TV remote I've ever owned, but once I fiddled with it for a few minutes, I got the hang of it. I am feeding the signal to the TV using a Yamaha receiver that has a satellite box, a BD player, and a Fire TV stick going into it. All switching is done through the Yamaha receiver. So I use the TV remote only to power on the TV. BTW the Yamaha receiver is rated for 4K UHD. Initially, I was having problems keeping the TV to hold it's input source. I would be watching a program from the Satellite receiver when suddenly the TV would drop it's input source - the screen would indicate "no signal" Pressing the source select option and re-selecting the correct input source, it would continue showing the program I had been watching. This continued to happen until I saw a brief message show up on the screen that indicated the TV was getting a weak signal. I went out and bought a new highly rated HDMI cable (Rocketfish) and replaced the cable going from the Yamaha receiver to the TV. This fixed the input source dropping problem. Once that was fixed, I've had no further dropouts of signal. The picture quality is excellent. The menu options allow you to tweak the picture to your desire. The menu is well laid out and user friendly.. I watched some youtube 4K videos and they look pretty spectacular. I have had dificulty connecting this TV to my home network - in fact after several attempts over the last month to get it connected, I have given up. Fortunately, I really don't need the TV to get internet access because I can access all the streaming content I want through my Fire TV stick. My only concern regarding the connectivity issues is not being able to get updates to the TV. All in all, I am happy with this TV and would recommend it based on picture quality alone.

Great value for the price. Accepts different paper sizes. Ink seems to last well. Easily programable. If your internet signal s a bit weak it is far better to hardwire to your router. Since we hardwired it, we haven't had any issues.

TV has an excellent color picture with easy on screen commands. The width of the TV is nice and slim and very light to move. Samsung is a very good name and that is one of the reasons why we chose this particular TV and model.
