The new TV has a great picture. Setup with our Comcast box was a bit difficult for some reason and wouldn't recognize it for 24hrs. Maybe it was a Comcast issue. Either way the picture is awesome. We haven't tried out all of the functions, but that is coming soon. Great TV for the money.

This is my second Samsung TV. Easy set up, clear crisp picture, very happy with my purchase

I purchased this Samsung TV about 6 weeks ago and found the setup to be easy and intuitive. This Samsung was an upgrade to a Samsung TV I purchased in 2010 that was starting to fail. I was blown away at all of the technological innovations the new TV's have. I couldn't believe I didn't have to program the remote to work with my Spectrum cable box. I am enjoying the voice activation and how the same remote buttons work for different commands depending on what app or function you're working with. I had no problem connecting my very old Roku and am finding the Smart Hub and Apps easy to work with. I seem to discover new features and benefits this TV offers every day. For the price, I think the TV is a good deal. I did purchase a Samsung sound bar to go with it as the sound needed improvement. Perhaps there is a way to adjust the sound in the Settings but I'm fine having a sound bar which provides fuller sound.

The TV is the best size for my room and the 4k smart TV makes watching TV fabulous.

I ordered a “4K TCL” off of amazon thinking it would suffice. It didn’t. I sent it back the next day. I found this TV on sale and scooped it up. It’s hands down the best TV I’ve ever owned. Don’t get me wrong, you can pay hundreds more, even thousands, and get a better picture. The differences aren’t worth it to me though. Any size Samsung TV in this class will make you a happy camper.

Replaced an 8-year old Sony. Picture quality is great; sound quality is satisfactory for everyday viewing. Fits perfectly on a 31-inch wide TV stand.

Great pic, great quality, easy console to maneuver. Took a few tunings of the picture to get the UHD fixed in but no problem at all.

A little apprehensive purchasing this tv when the store did not even have one on display, just stocked in the rack. Salesman said "it's kinda like this one, only smaller." Then had to read the box to tell me the features, and go to the website to find out the price! Having looked at the item online already, read the rave reviews, I already knew much more than the salesman. Angst aside, I purchased.... and love it! Super easy set-up, point the remote at the cable box and push a button. Channels all programmed. I did (and you will want to too) go into the settings and tweak the contrast and brightness, especially the auto darkening. Very happy with the performance.
