Everything was handled safe and easily online and, my television was delivered to me in a timely fashion I didn't have to wait till late in the evening it came first thing in the morning and the quality is great I love the service I love dealing with Best buy. If you're looking for electronics and you know music equipment whatever test cell phones Best buy is the best hands down.

I have had the tv for a while because I needed help to take it out of the box and hook it up to my cable tv. I still have not figured out all the bells and whistles but the picture is so great and I love the larger screen. I like the Samsung brand. I have a Samsung cell phone and have loved it. I will not have another brand. This tv was not the latest when I bought it but it gives me more than I would ever want. The price was great and the service people at Best Buy were helpful. I rated it a four because I have not had time to get used to it and learn all the features.

This TV was simple to set up, from the on box instructions, to the quick set up instructions. The on screen set up after that made adjustments simple to enable. I chose the dynamic display for picture choice. On that setting the picture had great clarity, color, contrast, and brightness. The sound with the two 20 watt speakers is excellent. Overall this is a great unit and meets all expectations.

The TV is nice and very easy to use. I am still getting used to the high quality picture.

Originally had a smaller Samsung that I inherited. After a year or so, my fiance and I felt it was time to buy a larger one and settled on this model. It's a great size for a room, the picture and sound are incredible, and the SmartTV features make consolidating all our streaming accounts a breeze. Highly recommend!

Nice picture, especially coming from a 1080p TV. Plenty of apps, including all of the popular ones (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, HBO, etc.) Docked 1 star because it only has 2 hdmi inputs and only 4 picture modes (Vivid, Standard, Natural, and Movie). My Vizio had picture modes for gaming, baseball, basketball, football, and golf. Speakers are decent for a tv. For the price I'm very happy with this purchase.
