Great picture oand sound. Easy to use. Great value.

Replaced a 38" tv in my home office that was on its last legs and found this to be the perfect upgrade. Fits nicely, picture quality is great and ideal for the conditions of the tighter space that a typical living room. The smart features were easy to learn considering we dropped cable and are just streaming now.

First smart TV I got. It was my own birthday present. The 32" was too little for my tired eyes. I really enjoy watching my favorite series in this TV. Its true that sometimes I have difficulties getting into Netflix but I just have to pressure the button again. Not a big deal. I'm glad I bought this.

I bought this at an amazing price during holidays sales. As usual Samsung out out a product that is amazing. The image quality is out of this world! I was pleasantly surprised with the sound quality as well. I figured that a TV this inexpensive would be a you get what you pay for scenario but I was wrong. Love it!!

Hello, This tv is great. I love my tv. When it on it turns on. Every time I go woooooooow. When I turn it off it goes black. And goes beep bop booooop. I love my tv. Samsung is reliable and very family friendly. The tv is very good if you like to watch stuff. And is good for blind people. I LOVE the smart features such as eyes, ears, and mouth. I purchased the tv on sale for Black Friday. After taking away the "soap opera" effect, I love it! My only complaint is that mine seems to look washed out if I'm not standing directly in front of the screen. Not sure if it's a defect or not. Sitting straight on, it looks amazing but if I'm standing off to the side, the blacks are no longer black. Speakers sound good but I wish I had paid the extra to get the series with bluetooth.

Samsung is my favorite brand of electronics. This 2160 Smart TV didn't change that. Only stiffened my resolve to continue to shop Best Buy. Good Help, Quick to the point service. IN & OUT in less than 20 minutes. Look at 3 TVs picked the 1 I came for.

We’re very happy with this product. Our previous tv was an older flat screen, the picture on our new Samsung is so much better and seems to have depth. My wife says it seems like the characters are in the room with us. We would definitely recommend this product to our family and friends.

It has excellent quality and smart features. It does lose connectivity sometimes with my Alexa device, although I'm not sure if that's an issue with my TV, my alexa device, or the Wifi. But god forbid I have to manually turn my TV on myself. I was hoping that it would have more smart features compatible with Alexa but with what it has it gets the job done anyway. The speaker quality is also VERY good. Great TV overall

Love it!!!! Very nice size for my small apartments' living room, great picture, very surprised at the good sound, the tv's placement of the legs made it too big for my old stand so I purchased a table top swivel stand from another online store, and mounted it to the back of the tv.
