Very easy to use and operate. Great for all the video games he plays as well. My o my complaint is the wall mount we got does not fit since the back of the set is not your standard, need mount specific to tv

I don’t love how the smart tv operates. I found a quick solution when I bought a Roku Streaming Stick+. Problem solved and again- beautiful picture quality. I had no idea a picture could be this crisp and stunning.

I should have gotten two!

She loves the television’s clarity and how nice it looks mounted on the wall but the remote on newer models are a bit easier to use.

Not quite there yet....

The smart tv aspect isn’t technologically there yet. For instance I have to unplug the tv daily and plug it back in for the WIFI to work. I figured that out in an online group for problems with these televisions. I know it’s just this tv and not my WiFi or internet connection because everything else works during these times where the smart hub won’t connect. So before you sit down to get comfy make sure to move all your furniture out of the way, unplug the tv, wait three seconds then replug it, then move your furniture back. If that all sounds ridiculous it’s because it is. I’ve also updated the tv and all is unfortunately the same. When it does work it’s great! Otherwise this particular television is a hard “pass”.
