Very bright and sharp. with the settings you can customize the picture and sound for the room you use. Did not give 5 stars because it has only 2 HDMI inputs, TV's today need three or four.

I still have loose parts that do not appear to have a purpose and I am not quite sure where to put them

value mid-size upgrade

I honestly didn't think the picture would be as big an improvement as it was. Very pleased with the upgrade!

It is an edge lit for the backlight. Viewing this TV, I wish I had paid more for a better quality.

Awesome computer monitor too

Perfect for small / medium size room

The couch is only about 14" away, so this is a good size. (GET THE SOUND BAR!!!) Without the sound bar, you aren't going to hear it well at all.
