Great looking but hard to use as an internet TV

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best looking TV on the market for affordable purchase. .but IMPOSSIBLE to get to connect to a WIFI network (Hint: you must have a 2.4 GHZ band WIFI set up to use it) and even worse, the apps are stupid and often takes you to an ad structure that you don't want. I know there are ways to turn it off but I was so done with this TV after spending an hour just to connect it to WIFI (their customer service was actually decent though. .) returned it. . 5 stars for the look. .1 star for the internet connectivity/use

For the price, it is a good purchase. The speaker is not great, and sound systems do not work well for older rerun shows without stereo sound. Samsung has good person to person support if needed. The only lagging problem is that the TV loses the wireless connection when it is off for a while. I don't know if it is a Comcast problem or a TV problem. It does reconnect through settings. I will work again with Samsung to see if I can get it to automatically reconnect.

Needs service.
