I purchased this tv about a month ago and was happy when it arrived. Setup was easy, sound and picture is great, and it's the perfect size for my family. My daily issue with this tv since the first day we used it until today is the internet connection. Literally everyday, a few times each day it loses connection for as much as 5-10 minutes. I can't make it through a movie without the tv disconnecting from the internet. Ridiculous! After continuously trying to reconnect through network settings, it has to eventually be turned off, unplugged for 1-2 minutes, and unplug my router. Nerve racking! This is the only Samsung product I'm completely disappointed with.

It’s a great TV, crystal clear and looks good just wish it had Apple HomeKit on it like the Roku TCL TV. The speaker sounds great even if you wall mount it but would still recommend a soundbar at least

I was genuinely blown away with how fast it was delivered and the quality. I've moved three times since i bought this TV and it's still my main one to this day.

The picture on this tv is amazing, and way bigger than my 10” tablet. The sound is great to, to not be hooked up to a sound system or sound bar. For persons on a budget this was a nice buy at $249 plus tax.

I love this TV. I added to my office space for an alternate relaxing space. The quality is superb. The only downside is I hate the OS/interface and the remote. The buttons are tiny and hard to see in the dark. The TV starts to play a channel automatically which I can't stand. I added a Roku to it and now it's perfect. You can't go wrong with this TV.

This TV replaces a 12 year old Sony in my bedroom. It serves its purpose. I went w this one instead of a Sony simply bc the price was right. What i hate most is the stupid remote. There are waaay toooo many unnecessary buttons! Good luck trying to use in the dark. You would think w all the buttons they would add a back light but nope! There is no button for sleep timer so you have to go through the entire menu! The four colored buttons have no use at all! They are just there smh. The picture is ok, not as good as my Sony, but not bad. Its bright and colors are vivid, but don't expect a lot of options for adjusting color. Its very basic, but I knew that when i purchased it. The speakers are ok. Again its for the bedroom so it works. Otherwise I would def use a sound bar. Overall its a decent tv. I didn't expect anymore than what it is.

I have had this TV for a month now, and had no issues with it! The sound quality is amazing, the 4K picture is amazing with it’s seemless border design. The brightness is sometimes too bright, especially at night, but still a good TV. It has Apple Music, so I can play music without a sound bar, and many other apps. I had 0 issues with it so far, and It is a 9.3/10 for me. It is definitely worth the purchase and your money,

Amazing picture beautiful tv very slim. Since it is a Samsung it comes with Samsung tv for free. So if you don’t have cable no worries you can get tv for free.

Arrived ontime and in excellent condtion. Takes two people to unbox and lift onto tv stand. I was able set up tv with built in instruction and hook upother electronic equipment without any problems. Switcing contols to cable remote was a little tricky. Television is right size for me and my room. Picture is clear and colors vibrant. Have used and enjoyed the Smart tv set up. Switcing apps very easy.

Really good tv works so well in my daughter room and has never failed or anything great size for any room not too small and not too big
