This tv is everything I needed. 4k smart tv, great picture, works well with my polk surround sound system. Only con is after i use the arc hdmi for the surround sound system - I only have 1 hdmi port for all my gaming systems. Samsung needs to include more hdmi ports.

This is a beautiful TV. I went from a 32" to this 43". I don't use all of the smart features, as I can't/won't cut the cord, but it's nice to know they're all there. The picture quality is just awesome. Only thing I don't like is the remote. There's just so much stuff on it.

I bought this tv for my daughter's room. I was looking for an inexpensive tv, not a cheap product, and this beat all of my expectations. The picture quality and sound is excellent when she's streaming Disney+, Netflix etc... The remote could be a little more streamlined but it's nowhere close to being too difficult to understand and operate.

This is probably one of the best entry level Smart TVs that you can spend your money on. I purchased a 43” after my grandpa purchased a 75” and have never once regretted my decision. I will admit I may be slightly biased as my old TV was not 4K and not a Smart TV. I would recommend this TV if you’re mainly just watching and streaming movies, shows and such and want a nice upgrade that can begin to show the best quality that you’re missing out on, or also if you’re a console gamer that doesn’t care about the 120Hz-240Hz refresh rates that the PS4 and Xbox Series is capable of. If you had a choice to upgrade to this or a Fire TV or Roku TV, this is the best option. It comes with most of the apps people use the most often already installed as an added bonus, everything loads quickly as possible and I have had no problems or complaints about this TV. Also worth noting the built in speakers are really decent for what they are.

Easy to set up and looks great better than the last one

Our new Samsung TV is operating wonderfully. I do have one issue. With the TV that we replaced, we were using the Xfinity issued remote. With this TV, we are using the remote that came with the TV. I don't think the buttons on the new remote are lined up as well as those on the Xfinity-issued remote, but it is probably just my getting used to something new.

Lovely TV with quality picture, easy to use and nice.

I purchased this television for my deck and I ONLY purchase Samsung televisions after years of great quality and this one didn’t disappoint. It streams flawlessly and even during a Football game I used an antenna and the game came through CRYSTAL clear. I highly recommend this television
