Great value for your money good picture quality if your on a budget

Good quality tv. Screen quality is nice. Sound quality is pretty good too. I do find that it was louder than my previous tv. Lots of options for apps with the Samsung App store. Only downfall is the slowness for the apps. WHen switching between things and loading apps, its a little slow. But what do you expect from a $500 tv! I can't complain. It's 65"!

My teenage granddaughter races on the weekends. Before the races start her and her friends sit around watching tv and gaming. She had a different name brand tv that they were using but it was accidentally broken. I purchased this one and was replace it. Everyone loves this one slot better!

Awesome picture quality for gaming or just streaming and just watching and this series have Awesome Wi-Fi range and speed paired with the Samsung sound bar you can't beat the experience for the price perfect for the bedroom. I own 2 different models of this series and a 75 of the next series they do not disappoint me !

I picked up this TV earlier this week. I was originally considering an LG because it was less expensive but decided against it due to my positive past experience owning Samsung TV’s. The color and features are the best for this price point. Aesthetically it looks great. Has extremely thin bezels and near edge to edge screen. Highly recommend!

The image was incredibly sharp. Setup was a tad difficult. The TV tries to download info from the internet. I first tried to get it to use my WIFi. That didn't work. I then attached an Ethernet cable to my router. That didn't work either. The TV now could access the internet, but complained that my connection was too unstable. (I have been using my laptop with this router for a few years without any problems.) I had gotten this TV because my condo was having an upgrade on our cable TV/internet package. The next day, they replace my old router with a new one (5G compatible) . The next time I turned on my TV, it connected to the internet and downloaded all the info without a hitch. Further, Samsung claims you can setup the TV by downloading an app on your smartphone. I tried that and found literally dozens of possible apps, none of them from Samsung. Rather than download a product from someone I never heard of, I decide to skip this.

Love the picture and all the apps. Okay this TV's remote is pure POO POO! And the menu icons on screen need a UI over haul! Other than that it's a great TV. If you buy this TV get another remote or download a remote app for your phone. Also make sure it has a clear line of site to your router. It's happy when it can see the source. :-)

I immediately noticed the quality of the TV screen. The images are quite crisp and action videos are noticeably lifelike. The setup was extremely easy and quick. This TV is high quality and an excellent size for the price. A great value!

I needed a 40" 4k smart television. This one came loaded with goodies such as Disney+. It was easy to assemble and set up. My only complaint is with the speakers...need to turn the volume up high. But, not unexpected since most tvs these days have lousy speakers. Worse case, I will add a sound bar. However, the picture and features are great!

Ordering process and delivery were timely. Product is easily installed. The sound and color and display are on the same claiber as higher priced televisions. This is a great size for a master bedroom. Samsung and Best Buy are two good companies to do business with.

Love the picture quality on the television. The app selection is great and the universal remote is very helpful when switching to other devices connected to the TV. It’s one of my favorite television, that’s why I purchased 3 more of them

This is a decent smart TV if you're looking for decent image and sound at a low price. I wouldn't go lower than this model in terms of specifications. The smart TV features are all there. Screen is nice. Too bad it comes with the "traditional" remote and not the new slim remote that the next tier of Samsung TV's come with. Sad ;(

Well I got this 3 year. Was great, but on Sunday aug. 10th 2025 the screen went black. Have sound but no screen. I tried all the reset info. Nothing, a tv should last more than 3 years

My TV is barely 13 months old and developed a line from top to bottom. I love my TV, it has a wonderful picture (excluding the line of course), great color etc. But now I get to see how good the Geek Squad Protection plan actually is. Not looking forward to dealing with the squad.

I'm really liking this TV! The picture is SO much better than what I had before. Very worthwhile investment; but a soundbar still helps a bunch. (But Sony still has better remote controls and "feels" more intuitive.)

This is the second Samsung TV I have purchased at Best Buy. The Smart features on this set are easy to work with. The quality of the picture is great. I stream all of our entertainment and find it easy to work with. The step by step set up was easy to follow as well.

Very nice tv! Had to upgrade due to not being able to stream anything on old one. Great picture, not so great speakers! Had to add sound bar!
