Nice tv , best price , airplay ok and good sound an quality

Bought this to hang on the wall in my large master bedroom. It's perfect. The picture is great. One flaw is the remote is way too busy. I bought a replacement from Amazon for an older model that works. The TV is so perfect I still give 5 *s

I’ve had 2 instances with the remote becoming “un-paired” to the tv and called Samsung help desk to help with the problem and another time it was a cable provider issue...other than that, it’s a great tv...very happy with my choice.

I purchased this TV for about $230 after $65 off using the Best Buy reward certificate to use it in our kitchen area where we spend most of our time. It's a great TV for the price. The picture quality is decent and the built-in TV OS is very good. It's very responsive and the free Samsung TV plus provides local channels and news without an antenna. The speaker is lacking but it's good enough for the area I'm using. It includes all the necessary features and input (CEC, ARC, wifi, optical, USB., etc.). For the price and the size, I would recommend this entry-level TV.

This TV was a gift for my aunt and the Best Buy delivery guy worked with us to keep it a surprise until it was time for delivery. Not only did my Aunt LOVE her TV but she was totally surprised. And when her old DVD player wouldn’t work with her new TV they recommended another 1 that would.

Truly a new experience; picture is crisp, clear and captivating. Options for apps are plentiful as well as accessing subscriptions such as Neflix or Amazon Prime. I have noticed the need to adjust contrast/brightness with certain app ( Disney+), the picture become too dark. Reconnection in the event of service interruption such as a severe thunderstorm is a one-click process. I do have an issue with the tv remote the quality is subpar and the placement of the buttons to make navigating easier in not evident.

Samsung never disappoints with their products and I can use my Samsung phone with it! Also great sale when I bought it

A good TV, good quality and good system went to entertainment

I have used my new GE washer for two days and it works great. The touch screen is easy to understand. The machine chimes when the cycle is complete and when the screen turns itself off. It is quiet and fits perfectly in my RV. Dispenser tray comes out for easy cleaning or drying.

Excellent view directly in front; haze’s minimally at about 45 degree viewpoint; excellent full HD screen view from edge to edge (like an infinity pool!); easy to add stand pieces, and easy to carry TV overall (much lighter than a normal tv of this size). Excellent choice for this price!

It was considered a little outdated, but its a smart TV with all of the connections i needed. Doesnt have Bluetooth. Works perfect, picture clarity is great.

If you're thinking of buying this TV because the price makes it seem like a good deal, I'd personally recommend you go with a different brand such as TCL or Vizio. Whatever "better picture quality" you think you're getting with this TV, is not worth the HORRIBLE user experience. Now, I don't mean the UI, that's fine, fairly simple to use. But it is just TOO SLOW. Sometimes the TV will take a few seconds to recognize remote input and I'll end up opening or clicking on something I didn't mean to. It's supposed to have the new "Crystal" processor, but that's there for picture quality, not speed. There's also been a few occasions when the I've pressed the ON button, and the TV wouldn't respond. And just when I'm about to freak out because it's not working, it suddenly decides to turn on. Also, there's the random flickering. Yes, RANDOM FLICKERING on the screen while I'm watching content. And I either wait it out, or turn it off and on again for it to go away. The picture quality is good with some fine tuning, but the fact that you can get a TV with better brightness and actual local dimming for roughly the same price, makes this not a very smart purchase. I will say, the one thing I did like (and the reason for 2 instead of 1 star) is the speakers. It actually has good sounding speakers for the size. I know I may seem harsh with this rating and review. But when you're purchasing a product from a company like Samsung, even one of their cheaper offerings, you expect better. I'm sure I'll get some comment saying I need to update it, but according to the TV, it is up-to-date. So who knows. In this case, the cons outweigh the pros. I will be replacing this product soon, I hope. No point in dealing with it.

Best Buy pretty much spells it all out accurately in their product description. I use it for Netflix and YouTube, as an auxiliary monitor for my pc via HDMI cable, as a tv for my Wii U, and to plug my thumb flash drive into through the USB port to watch downloaded shows and movies. Nice that it supports 4k in x265, unlike my laptop. The menu is user-friendly, the settings aren't dumbed down, and I like it much more than the TCL Roku TV that I bought a couple years ago. Oh, and I really like that the volume buttons on the remote respond quickly if you turn it on and switch sources and have that "too loud!" panic moment haha. Great price for such a large setup. Highly recommended.

I got this tv slightly used and Geek Squad Certified. I want to start off by saying the 4k on this tv with hdr for video games is AMAZING!!!! I’m in love with it. The free cable is a big PLUS on this tv from watching shows like Wild n Out to Gordam Ramsy cooking shows. Whenever plugging in video game systems, the tv remembers it. Not to mention the set of apps and a app store. My only complaint is that the brightness max isn’t super bright but other then that this tv is a good deal and I am glad I got a samsung instead of Roku. Thanks BestBuy!!!
