This has been a really great and reliable TV. The picture quality is very good and we've not had any issues with it, or the devices we've connected to it (FireTV, GoogleTV, soundbar). The one issue is the speaker quality, which is quite tinny. If we didn't use a soundbar, my rating would certainly have been lower.

Great tv -- easy set-up, love the picture and sound!

The resolution is fantastic. The only issue that I have with this is the remote. I prefer my LG remote rather than this one, especially when you use it as a mouse and type something. Also, the operating system is not so fast. But it is slim, light and very sharp. Overally I like it.

Great picture. Clean design. Good TV for the price.

Very good tv so far. Replaced a TCL Roku TV where we got frustrated with the Roku remote (not able to put channels directly into the remote but having to scroll through all of them). This TV works with our universal remote and has, I believe, a slightly better picture.

I love this TV set, but this, my second Samsung, has a clearer, crispier image and it’s remote control is smaller and more efficient, even though it took me a couple of days to figure out how the volume control worked. Forgot to tell you that my first Samsung was burned by a lightning storm .

I’m loyal to Samsung but not to a fault. The lag time between certain streaming platforms is concerning as the tv goes BLACK. No sound, no loading. JUST BLACK. About 10-12 seconds later, it’ll engage but that’s scary and worrisome. Quality is not bad but I’ve never had a high price point tv no higher than $400 so I’m not certain. Remote is slim but like a former reviewer noted, the pause, play and home buttons are sensitive and not far enough removed to NOT touch and engage by accident. For what I can afford…I’m satisfied is h…however if my budget allowed I’d spend more for a more advanced model to see if my money was well spent. Pic and quality acceptable. Brightness meh…acceptable.

We use ours for our office, video meetings and as a display TV for trade shows. It's sound is subpar but I wasn't expecting much. We use external speakers anyway. The brightness is good not great but we were very impressed by the picture quality in general. Very solid buy when you need a good not great TV.

The picture quality is excellent, better than the Samsung it replaced (40”). The speakers are less less than expected so I will be purchasing a sound bar for enhanced viewing. The salesman was helpful in making my decision. This was installed in our RV. Overall, I’m happy on the choice I made.

very clear and easy to set up. would buy again. The remote that samsung uses isn't bad, but it is horrible for night time or dark lighting since it doesn't light up. Overall it is a good tv and works great with other Samsung devices.

We replaced our old Sony with this Samsung. We were stunned with the picture quality. The sound on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired, very tinny sound. So we use our sound bar. None of the Tvs at this price point had decent sound so be prepared to upgrade sound system.

Good: Video and sound quality Bad: Samsung made its OS complicated. Old OS was great. Ugly: Integrated Samsung Plus TV is super annoying. Every time Tv turns on a channel which you have no interest comes in. Settings don’t give you the option to kill TV Plus channel as TV comes up with many more useless apps you cannot delete. Samsung made a huge strategic error by stop making TV and start making TV channels. I got this TV because of its pricing and video quality however O will not be buying another Samsung when it is time to replace my large TV and get a premium model just because of the OS and junk app issues. i hear that Sony does not impose junk apps and atV channels. In TV market future belongs to those companies who do not market junk apps and channels to customers. Samsung is not one of them.

Great TV for the price. Perfect for our bedroom. Superb picture quality. Recommend getting a sound bar to enhance the audio. Only negative is the Samsung remote control. Design is not good for senior citizens like myself. Too small and difficult to operate.

Great picture. Very easy to set up and make adjustments. Downside is the remote that is small, not much in the way of labels and they really don't provide much in the way of printed material to help you figure things out.

Very nice picture! The TV is the perfect size to fit on the dresser in the bedroom. Ultra thin and lightweight. Would have been 5 stars, but the speakers are not at all good. Expect to purchase a soundbar.

This TV is an excellent choice for the money. The quality of its picture is quite good, clear and bright. The sound quality leaves a little to be desired, however. A soundbar should fix that problem quite easily. Overall, I highly recommend this Samsung TV.
