I love this tv. From out of the box to setup to watching my 1st show took less than a hour. Hookup was easy even with the tv helping wth the connections. The longest part was the tv programming itself and updates. The picture is amazing. This is 1 year later and i still love this tv. I won't kid you its not as easy as the old fashioned tube tvs. My old rca lasted 20 years. Hoping this lasts 10 years

Great color quality and picture! Easy set up and ultra thin. Perfect for a smaller room with minimal wall space.

I bought this to replace the TV in my Bedroom. The picture is crystal clear, controls are Very easy to navigate, apps load Fairly quick. The only thing I don’t care for are the speakers. They’re Very tinny and lack luster. I ended up buying a sound bar to the setup and it made a World of difference.

This is by far the best tv I’ve ever owned! Clear picture. Excellent color. Easy to use.

Excellent picture and features. I use this in my bedroom and the picture is excellent even from my bed. The remote is very easy to use and the built in wi-fi works great. The features are also very easy to use. I would definitely reccommend this TV for eveyone. I have also learned to buy all of my electronics from BEST Buy becasue of the service they provide and the Geek Squad.

looks great on the wall and has good picture quality and for a smart tv the price was well worth it. 10/10 would buy again!

Great TV for the price. Bought it for my son 's dorm and has been holding up just fine. Good picture and sound. Samsung OS is not my favorite but it does the job.

This review is about Daniel, who came to deliver the TV. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE BEST BUY MANAGEMENT and even more ticked off that all the input is tilted towards the business and/or the product. The product is just fine. The previous one they replaced did not connect with the internet but I had made it work with external fire stick and hence had no need for the replacement . However, even after HOURS of trying, they would replace the entire TV but NOT honor the 5 year protection I had bought on the old TV. This is insane and I am still quite mad at the business. Daniel came to deliver the TV and said he has instructions to install it as well. This was the first sign of humanity shown by some person unknown to me, NOT ANY CREDIT THE BUSINESS MODEL since Daniel said they usually do not install the TV. After hearing my story, he also showed humanity and installed the TV in ways that I was not aware of, making my TV watching MUCH MUCH more comfortable. I want to express my thanks to him and somebody in the background who instructed him to install the TV. Havinf good people work for you DOES NOT MAKE YOUR BUSINESS MODEL A SUCCESS.

I love this tv for anyone on a budget it has great picture quality for the price great black levels and has hdr 10 and hdr10+ the speakers are not great tho and the tizen os is a little slow and hard to navigate but overall I love this tv and im glad I bought it

I loved my new Samsung tv. Wayyyyy better picture then tcl tv.. DO NOT BUY TCL TV! I use surround sound 5.1. Not tv speakers. But when I use them tv speaker, it’s like bruh why so quiet volume. Very very very low volume. So it’s crap. But loved the picture!

The actual tv is great, and a lot of the negative reviews saying a the remote is bad I would say aren’t correct. But the software is awful, it’s slow, exits your chosen app to go to the homepage and there is no hdmi select on the remote. The only way to change source is by going through 2 layers of menus to SOMETIMES find whatever you are looking for. The best way to be able to change easily is by adding it to the Home Screen, but even then, sometimes it just randomly goes away and gets other connections mixed up. Other than the software being awful, the tv is great. Awesome colors, amazing speakers and great brightness. Has enough hdmi ports (not that the software utilizes them correctly but that’s already been stated) and is VERY THIN. Definitely buy if you are someone who only streams though Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. but if you are someone who plugs in external devices through the hdmi, do some more research to see if this is really what you want. But it might just be me.

I really enjoy the large size and clarity of my Samsung 43" TV that I bought for use as a computer monitor. It serves my needs well. I can easily see multiple windows at once large enough to work with. I also use the Smart TV feature when I want to watch a streaming show.

Excellent picture quality, easy to install, easy to operate. Love the quality of this product and is easy to hook up external devices. Definitely one of the best decisions in the electronic arena I've made in quite a long time.

Great tv overall but the speakers are not that loud and the remote it comes with sometimes doesn’t work the Netflix button. But a good little tv for a person that mostly lives in a room. It has apps and internet browser. With a easy set up to begin when you turn on the new tv.

The tv was bought for my sons room and the size with awsome quality the samsung tv fit in his room perfect. The best buy store employees helped me with everything and walked me through on how easy the setup would be for the tv,

Replaced an aging 36" Vizio that finally failed with this unit in our 'summer' home. It was delivered the day after ordering it online from Best Buy. Thank you Best Buy! Unboxing and setup was very fast and easy by just one person with nobody helping. (would recommend two people though for safety of the unit) It fit perfectly in the same footprint on the old TV cabinet as planned. I was stunned by the quality of the picture and the vibrant colors given the minimal cost of this Television. Absolutely amazing picture. Every streaming app you would want is built-in or available with this Smart TV. The sound is not too great but we use it with a Roku streambar so audio quality is not an issue for us. Overall we are very satisfied with this Television and would highly recommend this TV and Best Buy.

The Samsung LED TV is amazing. It is so clear and easy to use. Love it! We will be putting it on the wall soon, right now it is on a tv stand and looks perfect there too. TV speakers ok, but I got a sound bar and it's a much better sound.
