Great picture and is very easy to set up it took less than 10 minutes once we had it out of the box. Samsung TV provides great channel choices. Needed an additional tv for our den the 43-inch screen was the perfect size.

We have been super happy wit this tv. It has a wonderful pcitureand handles glare well for us. This is the third Samsung tv in our house, and they ll live up to very high standards for watching tv programing. We got it at a very good price level, too.

This tv has been a great fit for our needs. We specifically wanted a smart tv as we are in the process of cutting the cord with our cable provider. We found Samsung accommodated the apps we wanted where LG did not. The optics on this tv are gorgeous and sound is acceptable, although we may add a sound bar later. This was our first smart tv so we had a bit of a learning curve, but we figured it out. If you need assistance figuring out a function, I recommend You Tube over the very limited Samsung manual. The remote is a little odd, so expect to help visitors figure it out.

Good TV for price Pros- sharp picture , good color, slim line only 20 lbs Cons- Terrible sound speakers to small . Had to buy a Samsung sound bar cost over 100 bucks which brings up the price

I had been looking at TVs for a while and finally decided on Samsung, and have been very happy with this one. The picture is amazing, the hook up was super easy and I like the way it operates. I’m glad I chose this one.

I bought this TV to use in the office as a monitor for my security cameras. It will occasionally be used for streaming services and possibly live broadcasts, all with exceptional clarity. This is the 3rd television that I have in my house, all of which are Samsung which should tell you I have 100% confidence in Samsung products. Many people like to brag about their Apple product which they paid sometimes twice as much as I paid for a comparable Samsung and the funny part is when they tell me about all of their new Apple features and then I point out that Samsung has had it on the market for a couple years. It seems like Apple is always playing catch-up to Samsung. Just my opinion but isn't that what these reviews are all about?… My opinion.

Very pleased with the tv. Love the picture quality. Contrast & brightness is good for a smaller room or apartment. Easy to set-up and interface is uncomplicated. Cannot comment on sound, being connected to soundbar.

One of the best TVs I've ever had. The quality is crystal clear, it was really simple to set up and I'm enjoying all the perks (even having a remote control on my phone) a lot!

Great Value. Expect to need a sound bar if you're watching the TV beyond 10' - 12', as the built-in speakers are only sufficient when the volume is cranked up. This becomes problematic with the rise and fall of audio levels throughout TV programs and movies, so you really have to "manage" the sound using the remote. The TV relies extensively on Apps. I understand this is the direction things are headed, but it's taken some getting used to, that you essentially need an app for everything (including an app for different "channels"). Other than sound and apps, the picture's great. I bought this after having great luck with another Samsung TV, and I hope to experience the same longevity as the other TV.

I’ve been having this tv for a month now. No problems at all! Great picture! Love having all the apps on it. Just what I needed. Would definitely recommend anyone needing a new tv!

Samsung has recently been a real leader during the past few years. I strongly like their quality, and with the TV the picture quallity, ease of use especially relating to it being a Smart TV.

I purchased this Samsung TV to replace the VIZIO I had just bought last year. It had a major hardware issues that I didn't feel was worth taking in for repairs. After a lot of research and reading of reviews I had initially decided on a Samsung 7 series, but then saw the 8000 series at the store. I knew 43 inches was as large as I could go for the small bedroom I have and it fits perfectly on the makeshift stand I have which I can always replace at a later time. The picture is vivid with bright vibrant colors. It was very easy to set up and even when it briefly froze during the set up I was able to turn it back on and it picked up where I left off (not possible with the VIZIO). This TV did everything I wanted the other to do and then some. I admit the remote was a little disappointing but is something I can get used to. The only thing that I would say is a 'flaw' is something that was mentioned in another review. Upon setting up my TV I found that there was a red backwards capital 'D' in the upper left corner. This doesn't bother me at all because it is so small and only noticeable if you actually look for it. I like that it has Bluetooth for headphones and an on screen guide for channel selection. It works great with an OTA antenna as well as 'mirroring' from my tablet (also a samsung) and using it for a huge computer monitor. I really don't have any complaints about the TV, it is a 1,000 times better than the one I had previously. I've been very happy with my Samsung tablets in the past so getting a Samsung TV was definitely the right decision. Would definitely recommend.

Originally bought the 8000 series. Sound quality on that was awful. Would definitely need a soundbar, but thats extra money you dont need to spend if you bought the 7 series. Went back to exchange the 8000 series for the 7 and so happy i did. The remote on the 8000 series felt more like a downgrade. It felt cheap to use even with a voice control feature. Go with the 7 series if you want better sound quality, great picture and a remote that is more premium feeling.

I bought this for my 2 year old grandson’s room & it shows the perfect picture. The remote is easy to use & the apps are easy to navigate. Can’t go wrong with a Samsung.

I’ve been looking for a new TV for several months, just couldn’t make my mind up and get my wife to agree. I went into BestBuy while my wife was at the craft store. Looked at several and left. While we ate lunch I talked my wife into letting me buy it and went back. It has the best color and sharpness of any TV we’ve had. It was easy to set up and works great with my Samsung Sound Bar and Blu-ray player. The remote took about an hour to get used to and is quite small. My only complaint is that it tends to be a little dark with some scenes. Buy it you won’t regret it.
