Great picture and overall a good tv. Great TV for the price

Very happy with my Samsung 43”Class 8000 Series LED 4K UHD TV. Picture is very clear, set up is a breeze. I’ve only had the TV for two weeks so I can’t provide reliability. But so far so good.

This television is extremely up to date and exceeds my expectations. I already owned a few Samsung televisions (they’re the best!), however; i needed a television for my garage for entertainment when i hangout in there. I purchased this TV from Best Buy at an unbeatable price plus i used rewards for half of the payment to top it off. I am quite pleased and happy that i grabbed this television. It’s an absolute must have. It comes fully loaded with all of today’s current apps such as YouTube, YouTube tv, Netflix, prime video… the best part is he fact that all you need is a Wifi connection!!

Nice TV... Crisp Picture, overall good quality. Have reservations about remote control. Samsung could have provided a more user friendly & easier to operate remote control.

This TV was so easy to set up. I like that Samsung has their own channels. The color and sound are an improvement from the one we replaced.

The picture is fantastic. I had to turn off auto motion to get rid of soap opera effect but that's a common task with newer tv's. The sound is just ok but if the sound is that important to you, you will use external speakers anyway. I don't like the bare bones, near buttonless remote. For example, you either have to navigate to and through the on-screen settings menu or talk to the TV through the remote to set the sleep timer. Doing it through the settings on the TV is a pain and since the tv is in the bedroom, me telling the TV to set the sleep timer actually wakes my wife FROM her sleep. The old fashioned "sleep timer" button on my old remote was ancient, but much more elegant in design and function. I could do it half asleep. The same is true for other traditional remote functions as well. Talking while your partner is sleeping is not a formula for harmony, and having to go to the TV electronically for the settings menu takes longer than gettting up and going to the TV in the old days before remotes (yes I'm that old). So not the best design for a bedroom TV. Also, there are no buttons on the TV, so I have to find the remote in the bed covers just to turn it off. Annoying when I'm standing right next to the TV itself. It's also turning on by itself at night, which I believe my phone is doing since it only does that at night when the phone in on the nightstand, although it could be some other device. I can fix that by turning off a setting too but I'm working through the way to do it with the least loss of functionality to my other devices. I've only had the TV for a month now, so there's still things I haven't discovered or know about yet to dial down the annoying. Minus only one star cause I figure I'll get used to and better on the featureless remote.

I’m so happy with the picture on this TV. I was skeptical because it had such a great price point. It did not disappoint me whatsoever. It has all my favorite apps and people that come to my house. Also have comfort and watching what they wanna watch with an amazing sound quality and great picture. I will never buy another brand besides Samsung only because it’s always been everything. I’ve wanted to be without any issues or problems.

It’s been the best tv I’ve had! Perfect size for a bedroom and quality for live, movies and gaming is awesome!

Easy setup. Gorgeous picture. Sound is actually pretty good, certainly good enough for my small room, so I’m not worried about adding a soundbar. So Smart it’s almost exhausting, but in a good way. The remote is a bit funky, and non-traditional, as I read in a previous review. Please look at the remote before you buy, to see if you can stand it, I’m getting used to it, otherwise highly recommend. I thought it was a good value.

Color is great! Ease of use for the settings. Just a little disappointed with the internal speaker. The clarity and volume level is higher than what it should be in a small room.

I’m a fan of Samsung displays so when it came time to find a new TV for my bedroom started looking at the different models. After looking at price, picture quality, and features this TV stood out. A month into using it I am beyond satisfied with this purchase. The smart interface is so easy to use, the picture quality is so crisp, the sound is perfect for a medium sized room. One surfing feature that I didn’t know about until using the TV was the game mode. This feature integrates smoothly with gaming consoles. I would highly recommend this TV.

Great Quality. Super slim and will fit snug against a wall with out protruding too far. The picture is super fine quality. Price was reasonable.

The picture quality is good for light and dark rooms. The interfa e is ok to navigate. The issue I am having is the remote volume will stop working. I have to unplug and plug the tv back in to reset, then it works. Some apps take a while to load.

The TV is great, picture is crisp, sound is great. The remote has been over simplified which is a short fall and the remote is not as responsive as Roku remotes.

We replaced an 8 year old Samsung TV for this unit in our bedroom, and the setup was a breeze. After logging into our account all the settings including apps were transferred to the new unit. This is our 5th Samsung Smart TV and we use the Spectrum app on 4 units and a cable box, in our living room. It takes a while to learn the remote, but my wife prefers to use her Logitech universal remote unit. The sound on this unit is a bit weak but it's OK for the bedroom, as we only use it approximately 2 hours per night. If one intends to use the unit in the main room you might want to add a sound bar, we have 2 Samsung's with the Sonos Beam bar.

Have had tv now for over a month and love it! Excellent picture and great sound! Easy set up. I would definitely recommend this model

The picture is beautiful. The sound quality is only adequate. Sound improved when I hooked up a Bose sound bar, however I was unable to connect my bluetooth wireless headset, because the hook up is not compatible. Planned obsolescence at it's best! The salesman tried to sell me hundreds of dollars worth of additional equipment to make the interface compatible. I believe I only need an adapter costing under ten dollars that is available on Amazon or any audio store. Very disappointed in this behavior.
