For some reason, the apps inside of this TV have a hard time working properly. I’m always having to refresh the apps, refresh the TV and reset my Internet to get the apps to work properly. My other Samsung TV does not do that.

I think the volume is a little bit low and you have to use to much for a small area. And the brightness could be better. Would I buy again not this this model but Samsung yes.

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
To adjust the brightness on your TV, go to Settings> All Settings> Picture> Expert Settings.

This TV is junk partially connects to the internet but Smart Hub won't work and later I found out it doesn't retain any of the setup info "this was a gift for my mom" she called me and told me what was happening well I thought I had at least that day to return it but Best buy said it was too late before they knew it was too late they said it would be 45 dollars for exchanging it for restocking I just want my mom to have a TV that works right. So now I have to play phone tag with there tech people. Way to stand behind your product Best buy

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

Ended up getting a use excellent Samsung 43in tv online but got shipped in a much larger box with no protection, screen cracked and plastic broken. Tried returning it from two best buy stores and wont exept it, so have to return it at ups, such a waste of time

Purchased open box excellent condition. Box came with geek squad inspection tape. Plugged in the tv and had 2 dark spots right away. Obviously the store didnt bother to check it. Returned and bought a new Q60b.

Beautiful TV, crisp clean colors. Great price. Purchased based on experience with previous Samsung TV that's 12-13 yrs old and still going strong. Lightweight, mounted on wall with ease. Works perfect corner mounted in my wife's office. Considering a second one for my office!
