Beautiful TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful TV, crisp clean colors. Great price. Purchased based on experience with previous Samsung TV that's 12-13 yrs old and still going strong. Lightweight, mounted on wall with ease. Works perfect corner mounted in my wife's office. Considering a second one for my office!

Great tv !
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the picture on this tv and the price. Needed a wifi enabled tv as I've cut the cord. The only negative is the remote, it's not too intuitive and works nothing like my previous remotes. I managed to figure out my way around but I can't imagine if I'd have bought this for my elderly mother, that she would ever figure it out, Samsung really dropped the ball here, no need for limited function remote that your only way around the screen is move left right up and down with the selector, no number keypad, no menu buttons, kinda weird and I feel like I have to relearn it's functionality if I haven't used it for awhile. Okay, now I'm wondering why I gave it so many stars.. does have a great picture and a great price, so if you use it regularly you won’t have any problems with the remote after the learning curve is burned into your brain.

A very nice TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A well-priced 4K TV. I like the Samsung OS and generally buy their products. It works just like the last one I bought and I haven't had to learn a new system to use it. The picture is excellent and the sound is nice and clear. I have this one in the garage to keep me company while I'm cleaning up. It is not a wonderful TV, by any means, but has a good price point The CU7000 (this one) and the CU8000 i bought previously are pretty much the same TV. The specs are not great, but more than good enough for my purposes. I would buy it again. That being said, if I purchase another TV, I will probably buy a higher priced unit with a better black level and other features. To get much better you will double or triple that price. Of note, is the much simplified controller. It take some getting used to, but it has very few buttons and is very small. After getting used to it, I find that I really like it. I included a picture of the new remote. Not a lot of buttons...

Vivid Colors!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this tv! Easy setup and it was light enough to pick up and carry on my own. The colors are vivid there are also free live channels to watch from the Samsung app on the tv. No cable? No problem! I can watch Tubi, Prime, Netflix and so many other apps including YouTube. I can also cast my tv to it. The best part is that you don’t have to be a techie to set it up and the price was good

Great picture but the volume
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace another Samsung that has been well used. Great picture. It the volume is so low. Previous and a couple of other Samsung TVs can/were heard easily at much lower volume numbers. As an example, at 11 on an older model now means you have to push the volume up to 21-22 in order to hear it on the same level. Yes, it’s only a number, none the less it’s quite odd and annoying. The sound quality is also not as clear as previous TVs from Samsung. The redesigned remote I’m not a fan of. Those two things aside, so far it’s been a good choice.

Can't beat the price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perfect size for my living room, picture can't be beat for the price. 4K movies look great, also good for 4K gaming with the PS5 (haven't tried any of the apps). Built-in speakers do the job, but I've got a good set of headphones connected via Bluetooth. The user interface is flash and complicated and the remote is...funky. Volume and channel buttons aren't buttons, they're fragile little switches. These are minor grievances, though. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Good entry level TV - Wish I hadn’t broken it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a good TV, but I damaged it by leaning it against a hard object while installing components into the HDMI ports (after having had the TV for over a month). The picture was very good before that, though not stand-out for a 4K screen. The colors were good and everything else I’d say was good, but not much better than a decent 1080p TV would be able to pull off if set optimally. After damaging the TV, the right side and bottom of the screen didn’t show a picture. I was unable to adjust the screen to only show the picture where the screen worked. No real fault of the TV or Samsung - I caused the damage and Samsung is probably not planning on people to damage the screen and then try to adjust it so it moves the whole image to a portion of the screen. I have to say the UI of the Samsung is overall superior to LG’s convoluted UI. I unfortunately did not get a warranty with this TV, and it would be a headache to try to get it repaired, so I replaced it with an open box LG QNED TV (with 2 year warranty) which has a far superior screen and viewing experience, but the UI is typical LG confusion. One other thing to keep in mind is that the open box items don’t always come with all of the parts that come in the box of a new TV - the Samsung didn’t include a remote, which upset me at the time, but I picked one up for fairly cheap that worked fairly well (other than missing some buttons specific to the Samsung TV). All in all a good TV.

Beautiful Picture
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful colors, great picture, very slim and light weight. It was easy to connect my antenna and speakers to. My only gripe is the remote control, I have small hands but the control is ridiculous. I’ll probably break the volume and channel up and down buttons. Other than that it’s good a looking TV.

Samsung 43
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently acquired a Samsung Crystal TV, which has been one of the best purchases this year. The remarkable quality of the TV is impressive, but what sets it apart for me is the level of control it provides. Unlike my previous TV, which left me powerless, this one is refreshingly straightforward. The functions are well-defined, the audio is crystal clear, and the visuals are stunning. The TV's size is perfect for my bedroom dresser and fits in seamlessly with my decor. The picture quality is outstanding, and I love the vibrant colors and sharp details. The TV also has various features that allow me to customize my viewing experience, including built-in streaming apps and voice control. I recommend the Samsung Crystal TV to anyone seeking a top-of-the-line viewing experience. It truly is a game-changer in the world of home entertainment.

Great TV, bad remote.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great TV, beautiful picture, great sound with lots of apps and free channels. It is a basic tv so it lacks some of the features of their more expensive models, but has everything we need. The remote is garbage though, it has no source button or channel buttons meaning multiple button presses to accomplish a simple task. Instead of buttons for the accessibility menu or guide they are built into the volume and channel buttons and are easy to activate by mistake. The channel button is very sensitive and I had a lot of double channel changes. I almost returned it because of this, but was pleasantly surprised to discover the remote for another Samsung we have works perfectly with this one. Do yourself a favor and throw away the remote that comes with this TV, and buy a proper Samsung remote on Amazon, the one I bought was less than $7.

I wish I had not strayed from my Galaxy phone
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was the best decision I’ve made in a while. I won a comparable 50” LG smart tv in a raffle sometime mid 2022. The TV and technology was great, though a bit large for my space. Too, because I had previously been so immersed in the Samsung ecosystem, there was a slight learning curve. Nothing too significant that hindered enjoyment of it. Fast forward to life happening and I pulled my tv from the storage unit I had it sitting in for about 8 months. To my dismay, the screen was cracked. Luckily, I had been eyeballing an additional television, smaller in size because I was now in a much smaller space. Specifically The Frame, but the review for that will come once I come into possession of one. The wonderful rep at Best Buy: Beaumont sold me on the 43” Samsung Crystal UHD, perfect for my space size and budget. Let me tell you something: for this to be a “budget” television, it sure packs a punch! The one I have was an open box model and was missing its legs. I currently have it propped on a desk, awaiting a more willing person to mount it on the wall for me. Despite this, the audio quality is absolutely insane. I don’t hear any muffle or distortion. I paired the tv to a pair of wireless over the ear headphones (effortless process I have to say, which I cannot say for the LG tv). There was very little difference outside the bass enhancement technology within the headphones. The audio was just as good which leads me to believe Samsung has put work into audio development on their televisions. I had especially missed the Samsung TV feature: the ability to stream dozens of channels wirelessly and without a subscription. I had not experienced the Samsung TV Plus and when I say it had me almost ready to cancel all my streaming services…. I’ve been a fan of Samsung for years and I truly believe them to be leaders in innovation. Even their entry level products appeal to the most immersed of tech geeks.

Great picture
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tv on sale to replace an old 43” Sharp 4k TV that suddenly started displaying a black line across the screen. I use this as my gaming TV with an Xbox, PS5, and PC connected to the 3 hdmi ports. Samsung has a link to an app to setup your TV with, but it timed out on me half way through the process so I completed the rest of the setup manually with the remote. Picture is excellent and the GUI isn’t bad, but strangely the remote doesn’t have a button or quick way to change between hdmi ports. In the menu I can pick up quickly from the last HDMI I used but if I want to use another it’s several menu presses to navigate there. Overall I cared most about picture quality which the tv delivers on
