It was easy to mount and the picture quality is crystal clear. We use it to access streaming apps with no issues, listen to music, and workout routines. Sound is great, perfect for playing music when I'm cleaning on Saturday mornings. Would love to eventually have all Samsung tv's in our home.

I really appreciate the user interface because I only need one remote control to switch between over the air and streaming services, very convenient. I have a sound bar that I use because almost none of the flatscreen TVs have decent sound. However, this one may be adequate without a sound bar for some people, you have to go hear it to evaluate it.

Some confusion in delivery, but all was resolved much to my benefit. That's why I always buy my appliances and electronics at Best Buy.

Kept losing network connection when turned off even though it had 5 bars. Remote connection is even worse. Own two othe Samsung TVs with no issues. This one is a fight every time you need to change the channel or turn it off

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.
Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

A definite upgrade from my previous non 4k TV. Though I got the soundbar with it. Without the sound bar the audio isn't terrible but not great. The soundbar/woofer combo adds so much depth.
