    The buying process was great with help from the sales person to helping put it in the car to setting up the tv by following the directions. Really like the tv that has a great picture. All was a very positive experience.

    Great for the price. A bit larger than the 40” it replaced. Apps were good enough to junk the firestick. Please with the purchase.

    Went to upgrade my roku tv. Always liked samsung brands for tv. Good picture, the UI is easy to use and it fits in with rhe samsung eco system.

    Awesome picture, better remote, and lice the plus option. My only complaint is the freeze frame that happens almost daily while on live tv. The volume will continue but the screen stays on a fixed photo until i channel up, then back down.

    For a bedroom or guest room these are great, menus are faster than the prior model, picture quality a bit better. Can't go wrong with Samsung TVs.

    Excellent television. I purchased a sound bar with it, as well. Attaching the Fire Stick was tricky, due to the mount and the ports on the TV, but we figured it out. Great picture!

    The TV has a great image! This is the 3rd Samsung Smart TV I get. The only problem is it sometimes freezes after configuration ends and it will not recognize the wi-fi network again. Needs a factory reset to work.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update.

      Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

    Color not quite as sharp as the store model. The sound appears to b suppressed as it’s hearable at 60! Although it’s 3” bigger than my old Samsung, it’s not the greatest for the money.

      First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

      To adjust the sound on your TV, go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode or customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings.

    Great value for the size and picture. My only issue was that the menu configuration is different from the other TV I have which is the exact same model just bigger so that's weird.

    The picture is fantastic, but the sound leaves a lot to be desired. It is difficult to understand anyone talking so the volume must be turned up pretty high to understand what is being said.

      Hi Larry,

      Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

      2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.

      Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
