    I am noy happy with color of my new samsung tv. Compared tonmy old samsung tv its not true face colors. I thought about returning it but didn't want the hassle. Very disappointed. I will never purchase a uhd tv again. My old tv was 17 years old until she finally wenr out.

      We appreciate your feedback on the picture quality of Samsung’s DU7200 TV. If the image doesn’t quite match your preferences, there are several adjustments you can make to better suit your viewing environment and content type.

      First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

      To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
      • Standard – Ideal for general viewing
      • Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
      • Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
      • Movie – Best for viewing in low light
      • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content

      You can further customize your image by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you can adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Sharpness, Contrast Enhancer and more.

    This is an okay TV. I’ve had recent issues with Hulu and Sling loading. With Hulu, I’d get an error message on a white screen three times so far. I thought it was an internet connection, turns out it’s not. With the help of my internet service provider, they helped me troubleshoot the problem. This morning, Sling wouldnt load. Same error message, just like with Hulu. Unplugging the TV is the only way to correct the problem. It’s annoying. If the problem persists, I’d need to call Samsung directly. Thinking of getting a new bedroom TV and ditching this one. Would not recommend to anyone.

      Hi Jill,

      Thank you for reaching out. If apps are not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update. If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

    This T.V. has been real good so far and al the apps it has too. I am ready to purchase another one the 65 inch for the living room i am replacing an original inch t.v love samsung products.

    Salesperson went out of his way to help us and explain the differences in TV’s. Plus he helped us pick out a sound bar. Best Buy is our favorite electronics store!

    Love how I can control it from my phone. So if his volume is too loud, I can turn it down from my phone. Or if it’s bedtime, I can also turn it off from my phone if I notice he turned it back on.
