Easy to set up great picture no issues, even for a woman to set up!

Bought this for a not-tech-savvy elderly parent with the intent of just hooking it up to a simple cable box and it being easy to use. Not our experience so far. While the picture is amazing for the money and Samsung makes the best-quality TV in my opinion, consider that the TV relies on you to use a tiny remote designed with just a handful of buttons and relies on you to navigate a considerable number of menus and preference settings on-screen. Even a simple "signal/input source" button would have been a nice addition, like most other TV remotes have. That being said, other than a bit of a learning curve this TV does indeed deliver a great picture.

Great product. Great picture. Set up out of the box was easy. Have owned the tv for 3 months and no problems.

I purchased this tv as an extra for a guest bedroom. The colors / brightness and resolution are great. The new UI and Samsung free streaming channels are great. You will be very happy with this display.

Samsung always provides a great picture. Only downside is the remote. It is difficult to use in a bedroom low light situation.

My wife and I decided to switch to a streaming service and needed a TV which was Wi-Fi internet capable. We choose Samsung for its Samsung TV feature and picture quality having a Crystal UHD display. The purchase offered the technology needed and will result in a cost savings over cable. We now are enjoying quality TV at a reasonable cost. A significant saving was realized buy using this product.

Great tv for the price. HDR looks great. Picture is vibrant in dimly lit rooms. Looks great with lighted rooms as well.

This 42" TV it's a great size and probably actually larger than is needed for a bedroom. Very good picture quality and sound. Easy setup via phone. Was not planning on getting you HD but the price was right. This will be a great TV for the guest room for many many years to come.

Great picture. Color vibrant. Took just a brief time to get used to the remote. Still learning the different features of this TV.

Love my TV, the staff at the Amarillo Texas store were so helpful, my old TV was a Vizio and it just quit one evening, I am a widow and didn’t understand what to do, I called Best Buy and they were only gonna be open another hour and I went to the store and when I left I had my new TV loaded in my car and my son in law came and hooked it up, l am so happy with Samsung Smart TV, they helped this elderly lady very well

TV has great picture, great audio and is easy to program. Ofcourse this is all due to the great technical support I got from the geek squad!!

I'm enjoying this TV. I bought it for a bedroom when another TV suddenly gave out. I like the screen and the vibrant colors. I would definitely recommend. The only thing that could be better is the remote. It's very small and it's impossible to see in the dark as there's no light on it. Fortunately, I had a larger remote that works on it and has a background light on it so you can see what you're doing. Easy fix, I just use two remotes instead of the one.

This 43 inch Samsung tv was a great buy. It was easy to set up as well as mount to the wall. I definitely would recommend this purchase.

The TV works great. The person that helped us was very helpful. I have only one problem with the TV - where's the booklet that usually comes with electronics. Not sure how to access all the "Smart" stuff...yet.

Great TV for the price. Nice clear picture, comes with a nice slim remote control. Sound quality is not great and I would recommend a sound bar or speaker to add. Easy to set up.
