I bought two tv's, one being a 43" Samsung for my bedroom. I do not care for massive sized tv's, so this was perfect. It's not intrusive or overwhelming and fits in the corner nicely. The picture quality is clean and crisp and set up was easy and very user friendly.

My new Samsung TV was delivered on time. Easy to set up. Exactly the right fit for my entertainment center. It is working beautifully. I am happy with my purchase.

I’ve had this TV for almost a month, and so far I’m very happy with it. The picture quality is great and the sound is more than satisfactory without a sound bar. On top of that, the TV was well priced and is easy to use.

The Samsung Crystal 4K UHD was the perfect update for the space we had in the room we put It in (not the living room). Our older 4k Samsung TV, which was probably around 10 years old, had started having issues with volume control (it wouldn't go over 15 or so, and sometimes wouldn't even go down). We tried checking for software updates, unplugging/plugging, rebooting with remote (long hold power), etc, and nothing made the old TV work. So, we bought this one, thinking 'crystal' was just the new name for "LCD" (since C=Crystal in that acronym), The picture on this new TV, powered by our Apple TV (which gets cable channels), is so much better than our 10 year older set. The picture is comparable, if not better, than our 65" "QLED" model. I know some reviewers may have opinions good/bad for video games, but we don't use this for that so I'd look for other opinions if you want to know if it's good for that. But I would say there is good depth of color, good blacks, and the picture moves very smooth -- all three of those significantly better than our 10 year old LCD model it replaced. I would recommend this if you need a 43" 4k TV.

I couldn’t be happier with the Samsung DU7200 43” UHD Smart TV! Right out of the box, the sleek design and ultra-slim bezel impressed me, but the real magic happens when you power it on. The picture quality is stunning — vibrant colors, deep contrast, and razor-sharp 4K clarity that brings everything to life, whether it’s movies, gaming, or streaming. The Crystal UHD engine does an amazing job upscaling HD content, and the Tizen smart platform is fast, intuitive, and packed with all the apps I need (plus some surprises). Setup was a breeze, and the remote is refreshingly simple. Perfect for bedrooms, apartments, or secondary living spaces — this TV punches well above its price point. Samsung nailed it again. Highly recommended!

I originally bought a LG 43" UD70 series TV and returned it for the Samsung 43" DU7200 because the LG was so user unfriendly. Samsung interface with Smart Technology was definitely more intuitive of what I wanted to do and easier for set up. One thing that drove me crazy with the LG is everything I wanted to do it kept asking me to confirm. To add issues to setting up the LG WiFi signal kept dropping making set up difficult. My wireless modem wasn't even that far away from the TV. The Samsung was stronger in detecting my WiFi. I did read Samsung has the edge with their built-in WiFi technology over LG. I had no problem with the trimmed down remote control, and the buttons were more sturdy and clicked better than the LG remote that had squishy buttons. I don't use a sound bar so audio is average, and picture quality is fine. The stand was more sturdy than the LG by far. The general quality is about what I expected for this entry level TV. Screen is a bit reflective from the windows in my living room. Overall, for the price, I am very pleased.

Amazing quality amazing pictures. The game mode is better than expected. 4K looks absolutely fantastic. The user interface is simple. They do have free Samsung TV for news. The only limiter I would say is probably the hz. But the motion quality makes up for it when watching our gaming especially game mode. Game mode is 10 times better than what I was expecting. Brightness wise I haven’t tweaked the settings, but the default settings are not the brightest. It’s still brighter than your average TV but it’s not crazy right I’m guessing you could adjust that in the settings, but I haven’t tried it yet. The picture quality is amazing though. 4K looks absolutely amazing and you can tweak the settings for contrast saturation and what not.

First, I got quick, efficient help from the Best Buy associate who listed to what I wanted and led me straight to a couple options. The TV itself works well, was easy to set up, and, so far, had done what it should

So far, my device is working awesome. It was super easy to hook up and all of my accounts/subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, Starz, Peacock, etc.) popped up on the homepage. Plus, I think that this was an awesome buy for less than $300 for a 43-inch television.

I was assisting an 83 year old neighbor who has increasing vision problems get the best TV, fircthe best price. I had looked up what you had to offer several months ago and shared the information with her. She texted me and asked me to take to Best Buy. The sales associate was so kind, efficient snd made sure that he answered all her questions. It wasnt even his area, but he noticed us looking around for help and came right over. Give him a big thank you and please recognize his kindness. We were in and out in under 20 minutes. She got the perfect size for her place, at the "BEST" price. My son hooked everything up for her the following Saturday. Thanks again. That is the 3rd TV that I either bought or helped someone purchased from BB. Happy New Year and much success to you in 2025. Just got my hands on the new TV and I'm absolutely blown away! The picture quality is insane - vibrant colors, crystal-clear resolution, and an immersive viewing experience that's hard to beat. Good TV first time buying this model is good for dark rooms, has really good lighting. Perfect for shows. Works good with Netflix, also has a fast processor. I love that its really thin. Thank you

Everything is good with the picture quality, similar to my old 40" Sony LED, except on network recordings from Dish and streamed movies. These programs have an upscaled 4K look that gives a 3D effect. Hope we get used to it. After watching a bluray, the sound did not return when I turned the TV back on. I had to unplug the power completely to get the sound to return. QSympony is in use with a Samsung HW800 Soundbar. Not sure if I should be concerned with a slight delay in connecting to the soundbar when the TV is turned on. This did not happen when the same soundbar was connected to my old Sony LED. Still pleased with this purchase for $229.
