Pros: -The dollar to inch ratio is great. -Crisp, clear picture. Cons: -The Smart Hub is atrociously slow and limited thus useless for its intended purpose. -Same with the apps.

Very happy with this TV - great picture, sound, color and clarity. Samsung makes a good product. We're not "techie" at all so had Geek Squad disconnect/dispose of old TV (which was an 11 year old Samsung HD) and connect and adjust the new one -- they were AWESOME! Went back and got the soundbar that I was interested in and hooked it up as well. Could not be happier with the TV and Geek Squad - I will always use them. Was able to order and schedule everything on-line - entire experience was great!

Tv is great but the software that comes with it is bad. Take forever to loans and makes you wait 3-4 mins for it to “load” once turning on the tv. The Hulu and Netflix apps crash all of the time. I just purchased a fire tv stick to use instead of the smart feature.

Good picture quality. Easy to run. Great price for smart tv. We have purchased Samsung TVs in the past and will continue to.

So far, no problems at all with this TV. I am looking forward to exploring the smart features...and then to cutting the cord! Picture and sound both excellent.

This TV gives a good quality picture at a good price. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the volume is limited. I bought this for my mother, who is very hard of hearing. At Max volume, with Amplify sound on, it is just audible for her. (Fine for most people, but not for the hard of hearing.)

I bought this TV after moving to a new apartment. This is my first Samsung smart TV. It is easy to use to connect to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. I would recommend this TV.

Good picture and easy to use, the smart tv feature is useful

Purchased this TV for my recently remodeled Dining Room/Kitchen space. Perfect size, fantastic picture, WiFi connection was simple. Connected to HD antenna, picture quality is real nice. Connectivity to Prime, Hulu & Sling is perfect. Only drawback is web surfing is not quite what you would expect, but that isn't why I purchased this unit. Overall, extremely happy with my choice.

It is a decent tv, but the plastic stand that comes with it is very flimsy. It tends to lean one way even with it tightened. The picture quality and volume levels are good. I don't really care for the app bar on the bottom of the screen or the only button on the back of the TV that controls everything. The remote works well and has a option to use a backlight.

This tv has great picture quality for the price. Needed to find flat screen tv to fit a specific cabinet space and this size was a great fit.
