The picture the colors are so perfect in fact it makes everything into UHD. (So you don’t have to pay for those upgraded streaming tiers) It truly is amazing. I’ll be replacing the one in the living room shortly with the 65”.

I'm already a fan of Samsung and this tv is so much better than the Vizio that I replaced it with. Excellent picture quality.. almost too good. The only thing that could be improved is the sound. I've had to turn it all the way up to 100 at times and it still wasn't very loud. A soundbar is necessary . But a purchase i was willing to make. GREAT TV

Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings
Another feature of your TV is OTS Lite (Object Tracking Sound Lite) which means that there are strategically placed dynamic speakers that track the action and move the sound around you. If you have, or plan on adding a Samsung Q-Series Soundbar, please take advantage of Q-Symphony which synchronizes both your TV speakers and soundbar to give you an excellent surround experience.

Horrible speakers, but…

Our pet broke it, not issue with tv. This newer one: speakers are horrible. Its like a completely different brand. Older model was way better. The remotes neat, solar powered so no more batteries.

I like the TV and the remote but not the audio.

When I saw the remote control I was kind of WTH is this… well!!! I learned in 5 minutes how to use it and I don’t need my cable remote any more… the remote you either like or or hate it… the only complaint I have about this TV is the audio but I understand that since the TV is really really thin it was something I have to deal with… now I have to spend more $ on a sound bar which makes the TV super expensive. At the end I am very happy….

It lives up to all the reviews. It is bit more money compared to some lesser quality options for me was worth it. The only downside is that it doesn't have the best sound quality but again, as expected as none of these TVs do.

The sound is pretty tinny, but I know that manufacturers are scrimping on the audio these days and plowing all their money into the video. I have an external sound system, so it's not a problem. And I'd certainly recommend that anyone who buys this unit also buy some sort of sound system or sound bar.

The other thing I like is that I was able to navigate very quickly through the installed apps and setup. The only downside with any TV nowadays is the internal sound which forces you to buy a sound bar. I was so impressed with this model that I’m considering getting a second one to replace my outdated TV in my office. I purchased this for my daughter to eliminate her Apple TV and outdated Samsung TV.

I understand that “thinner” tvs are difficult to provide a sting audio signal. I will be purchasing a sound at from BestBuy to remedy the only shortcoming in my purchase.
