Love this TV! Great quality in the picture. The sound is a little drab, and a purchase of a new sound system might help with that. There are initials burned into the picture screen on the bottom left corner, but after a while you don't notice or pay attention to them. Guess someone programmed them into the board! Overall, it has served well. I do wish more apps were available to download though.

Brilliant color, the sound is just fine, I don’t know why some reviews say you need a sound bar. I have a small room and this tv is perfect. If I want to feel like I’m at the movies, I will simply go to the movies. Love the tv, but I do hate the tiny remote that comes with it.

Outstanding picture quality! The only complaint I have is that the speakers don’t sound amazing, but a sound bar is a simple fix for that. 10/10 would recommend this tv! I’ve had it for over a month now and I still get blown away with the picture quality when I turn it on!

This television is excellent and was exceedingly easy to set up and connect to appropriate sites. Its sound is awful - the salesperson said that would be the case, so it was no surprise. We keep the sound at "0" and use a soundbar - which works fine. The image of the Samsung is excellent.

Great 43" tv. I bought an open box for $400 and no issues so far. very smooth motion and a better quality tv vs my previous 4K Vizio V series tv. Deeper blacks compared to the Vizio V series. the built in speakers are not good so make sure to buy a sound bar.

The Samsung 43" Q60A has a great picture! This is my 3rd Samsung TV across the years and I am hooked. No risk of burn-in as with OLED. I can't rate the sound because I bought it to pair with my Sonos and Apple equipment (all Best Buy purchases). Throw in my iPhone and I am having FUN now.

Was very hesitant with this purchase because of the price, but I’m glad I made it. I use it for my gaming and notice a huge difference not only with screen quality but also with the lag in some games. I also like the streaming apps and setup it offers compared to other smart tvs.

Upgraded from an older Samsung model. Not too old, but wow. Absolutely night and tday this Q60A is absolutely fantastic. Great picture. Sound was a bit low, but was to be predicted. Tested sound before buying a sound bar. This, paired with a Samsung sound bar...perfect.

Love this TV. Great size for bedroom. It has a great picture and was easy to setup.

Great picture. Smart feature are very nice. Sound is one step above terrible. I spent my life in the music business...including many, many hours in recording studios...I know sound. The equalizer in the Q60A does Not do much to help very below average sound. I now watch the tv wearing Sennheiser over the ear wireless earphones and turn off the sound from the tv speakers.

The picture quality on thisTV is extremely good. I gave 4 star rating as the controller is very qwerky (per other reviews also). I am getting more familiar with it, so could potentially change to 5 stars. I would definately recommend this TV for the price point and performance. As usual the sound quality is OK but the volume leaves something to be changed with a soundbar.

I am happy with the quality of the picture on this tv. I have noticed that recorded shows do not always sync with the voice and lips. There are so many things that one can do with this tv but I am not a techy person so I don’t get into all that. Working at it though. I would buy this tv again

Amazing TV. The QLED tech is really great. App Store is great. Sounds could be louder but no tv has great built in sound (use sound at). Picture quality and color is terrific. No regrets getting this over and OLED.

I bought this for my daughter for Xmas. Her old one went out, and sense we don't use a cable box, She needed a smart tv. For the price ,brand and knowing the quality of Samsung, I thought it was a very good choice. She even set it all herself with no help from me. A1st.

My new Samsung television is great. What a great picture! This television even has a better photo than my Samsung television I bought a few years ago. I mounted on the wall and it has a great built in sound system.

The first TV I own and I love it! The picture quality is amazing and a great tv to play video games on. The sound isn't the greatest straight from the tv, but I can always use speakers/soundbar for a better sound experience. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase :)

I already have another QLED TV so this was a no brainer. But, I was absolutely blown away by how great this 43” edge lit TV looks. I just wish Samsung would make mounting parts more available. Thanks to Jim in Porter Ranch, CA. for finding the right size screws for me. It looks great on and off.
