I saw a review that said they needed a sound system it doesnt bother me but i can see that some people would perfer a sound system to make it louder.

This tv is almost a perfect match capable of 4K at 60HZ however it won’t reach the FULL capability the X has. However this TV is fantastic. Super clear picture and very compact. The only complaint I had was the sound quality of the actual TV was not great but it for sure makes up for it in other ways.

Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q60A TV and for sharing your feedback regarding the sound quality. There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings
Another feature of your TV is OTS Lite (Object Tracking Sound Lite) which means that there are strategically placed dynamic speakers that track the action and move the sound around you. If you have, or plan on adding a Samsung Q-Series Soundbar, please take advantage of Q-Symphony which synchronizes both your TV speakers and soundbar to give you an excellent surround experience.

Bought my wife this in a 32 inch version for a Christmas gift and I enjoyed it so much I bought the 43 inch for myself. My kid says I should get a 50 or 60 inches, but I'm satisfied with what I've got.

Crisp and colorful. The sound as with all new TV's is a little tinny and weak. You may want to add a soundbar.

Picture is crystal clear. Speakers are in a different place from prior one so sound comes out more muted that old tv plus I have noticed when someone on screen has a higher pitch the voice has a "chirpy" sound to it.

I can also use my soundbar with it wirelessly. This is a solid TV and at 43", it has a large screen, but does not take up as much space as the larger ones.

Can’t figure out the remote!

The picture, setup and remote are more user friendly on the Insignia than the Samsung. I wanted a smaller TV for my room. I’m not returning the Samsung. The picture is great, the remote … I don’t know if I will ever get the hang of it!

We had to connect our Bose Bluetooth device to get decent sound quality. We will have to purchase a sound bar.

You need to watch show or movies in 4k obviously to truly enjoy it. It also has earc so it works with a new up to date sound bar/system. Has all the apps you needs as well!

Quite the upgrade from her old one. She says it's much easier to see and the picture is really sharp. Needs a soundbar though to get good sound.

I have 2 of these Samsung tv's and they are great! I would recommend pairing it with a Samsung soundbar to better amplify the sound.

Colors are rich and no motion latency. Ordered over internet and showed up at the door and they brought it out to me and loaded it.
