This Q60A is a very close second though it is difficult to tell. I can recommend this 43" to anyone that is looking for a smaller primary TV or as a secondary TV for the bedroom or other room.

The 4K picture quality is great but the speakers aren't that powerful. Purchased a Samsung sound bar to give it that extra boost.

I had to turn up the volume to 100 (maximum setting) to be able to hear it when I was just out of the living room. I recently bought a soundbar which improved the "quality" of the sound, but did not give me more volume.

Thank you for choosing the 2021 Q60A QLED TV and for your review. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.
2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Another feature of your TV is OTS Lite (Object Tracking Sound Lite) which means that there are strategically placed dynamic speakers that track the action and move the sound around you. If you have a Samsung Q-Series Soundbar, please take advantage of Q-Symphony which synchronizes both your TV speakers and soundbar to give you an excellent surround experience.

We are very happy on the picture and quality of the tv, and how it works. Even thou Samsung QLED is a little more money; it is worth it for the quality of the tv.

I don’t need to use enlarged mode any more. 100% scale on windows system brought back the natural resolutions for system. I do like it.

Super thin screen. CAUTION: You really need a sound bar or external speakers. There is very little room for speakers in this tv. I knocked off one star for poor sound. However, in reality, its is expected!

I don't understand why the sound varies so much on this new TV. Commercials are usually very loud and even between TV shows the sound level varies. My Vizio and prior Sony & Panasonic TV's did not have this problem.

The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
