In our bedroom we have an LG 7300 series (about 1-2 years old). The 7300 is a better TV. Better off-axis viewing, better color as well. This Samsung was almost $200 more so it has been disappointing. I bought this because it has the Spectrum TV app built in, but it is painfully slow and my father-in-law finds it awkward compared to the Apple TV remote we use in our living room. I’m not saying the Samsung is a bad tv, I’m saying I prefer the LG. I’ve decided to exchange it for whatever is the current best LG 43” tv (and add an Apple TV unit to access the Spectrum TV app). The top LG 43” tv is $460 or so and the Apple TV is $170 plus I have to buy a $90 audio quest cable so I’ll spend $720 by the time I’m done but I had spent about $630 on the Samsung. Therefore, an extra $100 for by father-in-law to have a better experience is easily worth it in my mind. I didn’t include tax on any of those numbers. I hope this is helpful to others.

Originally went looking for The Frame, but realized we could upgrade and have the same functionality. The TV did not disappoint - very happy with our purchase.
