They were on time called as they were on the way. They were very professional and made sure that the new television worked with the existing surround sound system. They trained me on how to use the new remote and sold me a new Roku so I could download Spectrum and get rid of my cable box I pay for every month. I highly recommend using Geek Squad to install products.

I’m glad to hear you are loving the picture and sound of your new 2021 Q60A QLED TV. You can connect Bluetooth audio devices to the TV. They must be paired using the TV's Bluetooth function. Go to: Settings > Sound > Sound Output > Bluetooth Speaker List. Keep in mind, you can't use Bluetooth devices and the Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup feature simultaneously.

Was looking for a 43" tv for the bedroom and thought this would suit. It looks beautiful, very slim with a thin bezel. Easy to set up, the legs snap in without screws. But that's about all this tv has going for it. With all the noise about QLED, this was a big disappointment. Out of the box, the picture was rubbish. Was eventually able to get a good picture with a lot of tweaking. You do get a very bright picture. The sound on this tv is TERRIBLE! High pitched, no bass and tinny. It hurt my ears even at a low volume. There is an equalizer you can access (with Standard, I think), but that only improved the sound a bit. You will definitely need a sound bar if you buy this tv. Reviewers who say so are not exaggerating. I was not prepared to do so, and returned it. Also, reflection handling is not good. I always had to turn off my bedside lamp when watching. Viewing angle is not good and you have to sit directly in front of the tv. One thing I did like aside from the look of the tv was the remote. No batteries, it relies on daylight to charge or via a USB cable not included. Information on the remote didn't come with the tv, so had to Google. I would say either go higher up to the Q80a, which has better reviews (but you pay a lot more for that) or go with a different brand entirely.

Your TV features Object Tracking Sound Lite which tracks the action with strategically placed dynamic speakers and Adaptive Sound which automatically adjusts audio to enhance everything from dialogue to music and sports.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1708.0 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
After performing any necessary updates, please know there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences.
Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

We tried a couple of other sets in this price range, but they weren't even close to the Q60A QLED in terms of display. People complain about the sound, but I have mine paired with a Bose BT Soundlink Mini, which solves that problem. I would recommend this especially if you can find it discounted "open box." At full price, you'll have to make your own decisions for the money.
