Sounds horrible - must play thru external speaker

Rather than return it, I hooked it up via bluetooth to a Sonos Move speaker and now all is ok. I bought this TV because we have a Samsung Frame that we love, but the sound on the Frame is much better. I would not buy this model again.

Cost me over $200,00 for a sound bar with woofer, TV sound too shrill. Geek Squad person recommended Sound bar. Said sound nor real good that Samsung and other TV manufacturers focused on picture quality not sound. First flat screen purchased. Widow with limited amount to spend on TV. Couldn't go back to old TV because I let them dispose of it. Wish I had not bought it. But now I have it along with sound bar & woofer.
