Arriving at store I found the demo tv but no boxed inventory. I did have to wait several minutes for the tv associate to finish with an prior customer but he agreed with my choice as the best 43” set and went to search for an in carton set. After several minutes, he came out with one and completed the transaction. Very satisfied with price, help, & availability.

So Far So Goo!

I won't know the true picture quality until we are connected to our upcoming Fiber Optics Cable. We should then see a big difference! We purchase Samsung TV's for decades and found them to be the only stable TV Manufacturer out there. Phones as well! Appliances are another story...stay away from the refrigerators. Google reviews before deciding!

Great picture, simple straightforward remote and good apps to interact with YouTube videos and other streaming services. We have a 65" version of this in our family room and love it as well. The connection of the Samsung sound bar and speakers allows control of all of it with a single remote. We have had great experiences with all the Samsung TVs we have owned.

The smart navigation is starting to slow down but all in all i would recommend this purchase.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.good size. crystal clear picture. wifi and bluetooth connectivity work well. the built in speakers are not great - audio is really tinny so you have to use some type of external sound system to really get decent audio. screen does glare a fair bit so definitely want to be mindful of what lights you have opposite the screen. remote is pretty easy to navigate. charges with light or a cord (which is not included). using this as a bedroom tv - best picture is at eye level or only slightly raised. would not recommend mounting this too high up and definitely not for viewing from the side.

At first we thought that something was off because the weather man's hair was showing a green tint. But we then realized that it was only when he stood in front of the green screen showing his forecast. The green light was showing up in his hair. Never saw that before since the accuracy of this set was so true to color. Did have to add a sound bar because the sound was not so good as with most flat screens. Really like it

Then the color fades out quite a bit. The audio is fine for us without a sound bar. I have to learn how to use the apps. I was surprised that no manual came with the tv and when I called Samsung was told I could download the 245 page manual. I did go online and printed some pages I thought would be useful, but not all 245 pages. I also wish this to had a pedestal base but Gerald I’m happy with the picture and sound quality!

The sound, the image so clear and bright and colorful. It was very simple to connect to my cable system and my internet. It has so many features and programs that is going to take me a while to experience all of them. I highly recommended. The best TV I had ever owned and I am a mature 76 years old.
