    I love my new TV, it is great. My sales rep. was very kind and helpful. My Geek rep. Was excellent arriving when he said, taking away old TV and setting up my new TV. I could not be more pleased with the entire transaction. Your store was clean and inviting and everyone I encountered was extremely nice.

    What a disappointment with the remote control. The digits are small and we are constantly picking the wrong ones and having to get back into the program, etc. Would strongly recommend they upgrade the remote. However Samsung channel is nice to use once in a while.
