There must be a leak allowing customers information to be used in an attempt to steal.

For certain shows, even with the sound setting at the maximum, it is very hard to hear the dialogue. If it wasn’t so much trouble, I would have returned the tv. From what I read, none of the alternatives are any better.

With my OLD Samsung I could use a headset at one volume and my wife could use a different volume on the TV set. Like a lot of older TV users, I have a hearing problem but my wife doesn't. If I put the TV volume at a level I can hear, my wife would be blasted out of the room. The OLD Samsung TV accommodated listening using BOTH a headphone at one volume and the TV volume 'ON' at the same time at a different volume. This kept harmony and everybody happy watching the TV. The NEW Samsung and Sony TV's do NOT accommodated BOTH a headphone and the TV volume 'ON' AT the SAME TIME. It's ONE or the OTHER, but NOT BOTH, I call this regression in a product. Samsung and Sony may have done this to sell 'Sound Bars' and to make more money ($230 to $430 per bar), but the 'Sound Bar' is NOT the answer to my problem of two different volumes at the same time. The answer for me was to get rid of my Samsung and buy an LG TV that still has the two different volumes at the same time, using BOTH a headphone at one volume and the TV volume 'ON' at the same time. The LG TV picture and sound is real good.

Please know this TV features Multi-output Audio which allows you output audio from both your TV speakers and Bluetooth headphones simultaneously. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth headphone higher than the volume of the TV speaker.

Very good price. the packaging was excellent athough the styrofoam was not recyclable and thusly added to environmental problems. I would have substituted Paper mache or card board.The instructions were concise and set in large print so that seniors {such as I] can more easily understand them.

Picture is great--use a soundbar, so sound is fine. Met all expectations. Found Best Buy to be excellent to work with. They installed the TV in 30 minutes and saved me a great deal of time.
