First off, voices sound trapped in tv. Talked to Best Buy team, they suggested a sound bar, they are coming out this week. Expecting that will improve on that problem. Also noticed, when looking at it from the side versus, straight on, the colors fade. Another problem is a delay in speech, this is very bothersome. Did put 4 k hdmi cable on yesterday, as suggested, but didn’t help. What is so strange is, I have the very same tv in my bedroom, a 32”, that has none of these problems. The only difference is, I stream totally on that( no cable box). I still use my cable box on my new tv, so turns right on the station vs. going through apps to watch. Wished I hadn’t updated, and still had my 17 year old Samsung.

Thank you for choosing the 2021 Q60A QLED TV and for your review. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.
Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.
Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.
Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.
