    Excellent TV, only problem is the remote. It won't hold charge that will last part of a evening. Not enough ambient light to adequately charge it, then the bizarre errors start, and it has to be put on a charger to recover. Without the remote, the TV is worthless. I've been looking for a battery driven, compatible remote but to no avail yet.

      Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q60A TV and for your review. We appreciate your feedback on the issues you are experiencing with your remote. If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
      1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
      2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
      3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.

    Needed a tv in bedroom that was not hooked to a cable box. We have never had a Samsung. So far, the tv is great. Is 4k ready so we should be set when content comes out with that. Happy so far!

    The size and picture quality is great, however I can't give the sound quality any stars, the built-in speakers sound harrible, worse than a tin can. I've tried changing the sound controls as much as possible but still tin can sound.

    We love our 43 inch Samsung, Class Q60A Series 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. We had excellent help. They were quick to answer questions. We were then checked out quickly. Wish every company would offer this kind of assistance.

    Purchased for outside use and everything is great. Having a little learning curve but no complaints. It is just very rare for me to give anything an excellent review. But can recommend to others. Have always had good luck with Samsung products.

    Works well good quality. A few bugs when it comes to the remote and a random network cable error comes up alot even though its fine, but easily goeas away. The delivery from the company they use is really unprofessional. Said it was picked up and then it was delivered at 1130 at night.

    Bought this model as an open box display model. It’s actually last year’s model but I got such a good discount I don’t mind buying a previous model. I have really enjoyed this new television.

    The TV is fantastic, it has a very good pixels resolution, but the TV speakers are terrible. It sounds muffled. I had to add a sound bar to make it sound normal, as a regular TV as used to hear before. It is sad that you need money with a sound bar to make sound fine

    The Samsung Tv Plus streaming service is the best part of this Purchase. Unhappy with having to upgrade with no noticeable quality over a 110 year old Tv. Tv times out to quickly in some instances .

    We were hoping for car delivery pick-up; however, the options did not materialize even though we parked in the appropriate designated parking area. We entered the store and pick-up was fast and efficient.

    Worst tv purchase ever. It has a ghostly shadow when watching regular tv channels but the picture quality is good when streaming. Just don’t get it

    Mostly pleased, but tv cuts out completely at times. Also, the remote does not perform all functions it is supposed to. Does not pause when the Pause button is touched. Also, the virtual numeric pad does not work. Should I bring the remote in to the store?

    Great Christmas present since it will access Spectrum Cable. Christmas. It took 3 trips to Best Buy before we finally got what we asked for on the first trip. No complaints with this chouce

    Overall I give this a 8 channel selection is very smooth The speaker is terrible so I went with a sound bar but I do like the performance I would recommend this TV and I would buy another one if I had to after all is said and done I am happy with my purchase

    The installation was really seamless. The installers did a very good job and seemed very conscientious. They did a good job of explaining the break-in and operation of the tv.
