    Pretty solid TV all around, the only thing I don't like about it is the built-in speakers. They're okay at best. You'll definitely want to get an external sound system (soundbar or speakers) to compliment this TV>

    Good Tv. The problem is the memory. You can't install some apps because the space. You need to buy aditional memory. I don't know why but Pluto Tv. is very hard to use.

    A great tv for your video consoles, a second monitor for your computer and then it as a TV. Then the Samsung channel. OMG A GREAT PURCHASE!!!!

    Excellent product works well. Remote with slide buttons needs something different. Also no charge cable included solar is nice but in the dark no charging..

    Love this TV. It was an upgrade from an older LED. APPS are included. I was able to move na Apple TV to an older TV set

    The picture is good, however the sound coming from the TV is poor. We have to raise the volume in order to hear what is being said. does this need an adjustment?

      Thank you for choosing the Q60A QLED TV and for your review. There are several volume features you can adjust to your liking.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.

      2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

    Beautiful screen and image. * warning! There appears to be a film on the front, DO NOT REMOVE IT. A beautiful picture, but I ruined mine after, I assumed it had a protective screen. I would definitely buy again.

    Bought this for my enclosed patio and it is great!! It shows the detail even in the sunlight, and starts up no matter how cold it gets., when I need to escape from all the noise of the house for a while

    Picture doesn’t alway fit the full screen unless on HD channel.. Volume hard to control. Must aim remote a certain way. Volume on commercials gets louder than programs. Always changing volume and have to aim remote a certain direction to change. Sometimes on lower volume the spoken word is unclear (muffled) and better as the volume is raised but then commercial come on and commercial so loud you have to use remote to lower volume.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung 43" Q60A and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the volume issues you are experiencing with your TV.

      Auto Volume is a feature on Samsung Smart TVs that helps to avoid volume fluctuation when changing between channels or sources on the TV. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On

      You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test

      HD channels will have black bars on either side of the screen when displaying upscaled SD (4:3) content. Black bars will appear at the top and bottom of the screen when you watch movies that have aspect ratios different from your TV. Adjust the picture size options on your external device or set the TV to full screen.
      Settings > Picture > Picture Size Settings > Picture Size

    TV is fairly new, but so far it’s doing great. May need to get a sound bar in the future cuz it’s in my home gym and my treadmill is loud.

    The TV is pretty nice yet Im a little disappointed because I notice this cloudy white spot thats a bit brighter in some areas. very distracting when watching tv. I'm honestly considering returning it.

      Hmmm,

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60A TV and for sharing details of your image quality. To ensure your picture is fully optimized, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1901.0 which includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
      1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
      2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
      3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
      4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
      5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
