Nice but disappointed

It is easier to use than the one that came with the television set I got bought from Best Buy. However, I was disappointed that the new remote is not operating with the television set. Is their away I could get information on operating the remote? I would prefer written instruction. Please notify me if you have a solution.

Thank you for choosing Samsung's Q60A QLED 4K Smart TV for sharing your experience with the Solar Cell Remote. If the remote control does not work properly or its response is very slow, the connection may be lost or the battery might be low or dead. First, please try pairing your remote with your TV:
1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds.
2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.
You can check the remaining battery of the Smart Remote by going to Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.
To further assist you in learning the various functions and settings of your new Solar Cell remote, you can download the Solar Cell Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website by clicking “Support” in the top right corner. Then go to “Manuals & Software” > “TVs & Home Theater” > “TVs”. From there, you can select the Q60A under "QLED 4K TVs” > "A Model Lineup". Additionally, you can find other guides and manuals to further assist you with your TV’s features.

Thank you for purchasing the Q60A TV and for sharing the details of your issue with Wi-Fi connectivity. A network issue may be the cause. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:
1) Make sure that no items that can generate electromagnetic interferences are placed between the TV and the wireless/wired access point.
2) Check if the access point is turned on. If it is on, turn it off, wait 1 or 2 minutes, and then turn it on. Enter the correct password if required.
3) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.
4) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
5) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.
6) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
