    Not happy. The picture quality is not the same as in the store The remote control is confusing to use. Thank goodness I still have the remote control from my previous Samsung TV I should have bought the 7000 series for half the price from the big box store and I would’ve been happy.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your new 2021 Q60A QLED TV. If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box are not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.

      You can view the embedded e-Manual that contains information about your TV's remote buttons and functions. The manual is available directly on your TV at: Settings > Support > Open e-Manual

    After less than a year, the left side of the screen has darkened and is now creeping toward the middle. Have never had a TV crap out after less than a year

    Purchased Dec 21 and TV no longer has a picture. Did all recommended resets etc. and just cycles between a black screen then blue. When it worked was good, too bad it didn't last.

    Returned the Samsung Smart TV as it was impossible to operate the solar remote; even a trained techie couldn't figure it out.

      Hi Samsung,

      Thank you for purchasing the Q60A TV and for sharing the details of your issues with remote & Wi-Fi connectivity. A network issue may be the cause. You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection:

      1) Make sure that no items that can generate electromagnetic interferences are placed between the TV and the wireless/wired access point.

      2) Check if the access point is turned on. If it is on, turn it off, wait 1 or 2 minutes, and then turn it on. Enter the correct password if required.

      3) If the wireless connection fails, connect the TV to the access point via a LAN cable. If the TV can connect to the Internet normally via the wired connection, there might be a problem with the access point. In this case, try using a different access point.

      4) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

      5) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

      If you press any key on the remote, and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote:
      1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset.
      2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow.
      3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.

    Best Buy makes so easy! As a Total Tech Member, they assist with production selection, scheduling, set-up and payment. Ken Gage was easy to work with to get everything purchased and scheduled and day of delivery and set-up, Kyle Olson provided great service and communication. If anyone is looking to update their TV for a smaller space, I'd highly recommend the Samsung - 43" Class Q60A Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. The picture is great and it allows you to navigate various functions and streaming apps seamlessly.

    We bought this to replace an older 40" Samsung 4k tv that developed several bright spots and a random green flicker that had become distracting. What a difference 3" larger and Qled technology makes! DVD's can look a bit grainy or fuzzy, bit bluray and of course 4k content looks amazing! It is a bit darker than our previous tv but with have a 32" Qled as well and it has the same brightness, so we've grown accustom to it. The speakers are definitely tinny, but we have it hooked up to a Sony receiver anyway, so that's not an issue for us anyway. Been using for several weeks and so far we love it!

    So I have to say, I just needed a new TV for my bedroom. Nothing too crazy. Just something with a decent picture and a low price point. This TV absolutely has delivered tenfold. The smart features, the remote, the excellent picture– It's almost perfect... My ONLY issue with this TV is the sound quality. No matter what sound setting I put this thing on, it sounds like I laid my IPhone down inside of a solo cup... or like when we were kids and we tied soup cans together with a string to mimic a telephone... I'm not even really an audiophile or anything. It's just that bad. Makes sense why Samsung is always trying to bundle TV's with a soundbar!

    Good picture easy (but time consuming) set up. Steams wirelessly with no issues. The volume needs to be turned up at least 75% on most platforms. Probably better with a sound bar.
