It was easy to use and set up. The issue here is the sound is horrible you have to get a sound bar. It is like you're hearing somebody on speaker phone.

The only thing I don’t like about it is the volume is low. Even at full volume it’s hard to hear.

After I set it up, I thought something was wrong because the sound is terrible! I tried everything and determined Samsung's speakers are terrible! They are worse than phone speakers. I purchased a Yamaha soundbar with the HDMI ARC input and had a terrible time getting that to work, and I work in electronics! The picture quality is great and the menus are logical. I like the simplicity of the remote and the solar charging. The hassles with the sound are not worth it for the price of this TV.

Thank you for purchasing the Q60A TV and for sharing your feedback regarding the sound quality. There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences.
Change the Sound Mode by going to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings
Please also be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1903.0 which includes sound quality and input device performance updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

Even if its one of the best looking one in picture quality , I would wait for it to go on sale ! Its a $599 TV (July)2021 for now its a new model so I just got it for 40 dollars less on sale, so if you wait for awhile it should go on sale for less ! but I highly recommend it. great color and image ! only.

One of the features of your TV is OTS Lite (Object Tracking Sound Lite) which means that there are strategically placed dynamic speakers that track the action and move the sound around you. If you have a Samsung Q-Series Soundbar, please take advantage of Q-Symphony which synchronizes both your TV speakers and soundbar to give you an excellent surround experience.

Decided I needed to get a new one before it went clear out from dying pixels! This 43 in Samsung QLED is fantastic. The picture is much brighter and sharper than the old Samsung. Set up was easy including activating several of the aps that come with the smart tv feature. I love this set. I am very impressed with the improvements in the technology in just four years.

We are just upgrading but we stayed with Samsung. We have always had good luck with there products. About the new tv first off we where not told to get new hdmi cables when we got the tv so if you get it invest in some good high speed HDMI Cables one for each component. (BlueRay Player, Sound Bar). It also has a great solar remote that can also be charged with a phone power cord that it don’t come with. But the best part is no battery battles it just needs light. Now why did no one think of this sooner??? Enjoy
