Lasted 1 year and 1 month... then screen went half bad, tried scheduling TotalTech, but they are 3 weeks out and this TV was in a vacation home. They made me pay $50 for a labor visit, and after 30 minutes on chat, they end up giving me a time that won't work, and tell me to call the Geek Squad to try to get it scheduled faster. They are practically giving away 43" TV's now, so spending this much time to "troubleshoot" a TV which I can tell will need to be replaced, is a complete waste.

Very nice picture, fantastic, actually. A few decent features. Easy to set up and get going right away. The remote, though. The remote. I understand with all of the streaming services available, there's not a need to have actual number buttons on the remote anymore. I can accept that. And as annoying as it is, I've had to learn to deal with the highest bidders having easy access to their services on the buttons that replaced my beloved numbers. What makes me out of my mind about this remote, though, is the fact that you can't hold or move or even leave the thing lying around without one of those buttons being pressed, and whatever you happen to be watching be interrupted by something you're NOT watching. The soft buttons are just the right height, and lack just the right amount of pushback, that there's very little chance this sort of accident will occur at least once during a sitting. Unless, of course, you are constantly keeping the placement of both the remote and your hand at the top of your thoughts. To the point of madness. I've never before had an inanimate object literally cause me stress and anxiety, but this thing does it. This is my bedroom TV, and when I'm watching shows, I'm afraid to feel around for the remote when I'm not sure where it is. Or, God forbid, move around the covers a little bit. Shifting the pillow around just for a few seconds can cause my show to be replaced by the loading screen of some streaming service I don't subscribe to, or even worse, the Home Screen, where I'll have to scroll through every Source I don't want, just to get to the one I do want. I have to say, I really had my hopes up, because of the cool self-charging solar panel on the bottom side. Unfortunately, you could provide me with a power plant supplying me endless energy to drive every gadget I own through the rest of my life. It still wouldn't be worth the crushing aggravation that falls on me when I have to pick up this demon device. Please do better, Samsung.

I bought this TV back in December 2022 to replace a 12 year old Samsung 40" TV, which was also purchased from Best Buy. Even though the decade-old TV is now considered a dinosaur, it has held up very well and still works perfectly, so I figured I'd go with another Samsung as well. I wanted to go with a 43 inch TV for now, didn't want to go any larger than that. I watched and read several reviews of many TV's and decided that the Q60B was the best option. Obviously there's much better TV's out there in this size class, but I felt that the Q60B was enough of an upgrade for our needs. Almost 5 months after purchasing this TV, I am still glad I chose this option. First off, the one negative: All the ads! It's like a ship-storm avalanche with this! I wish there was a way to respond to this or turn a default on or off with a setting along the lines of "What part of NO do you not understand, AND DON'T SHOW ME ANY MORE FRIGGIN' ADS EVER AGAIN!" Sheesh! This makes me want to call Samsung corporate every day for the next year try to sell them oceanfront property in Nevada so they can get an idea how annoying this really is! The Positive: Set-up was pretty intuitive. Picture quality is great, definitely a big upgrade from the old TV with 1080 display. The Q60B doesn't have the best viewing angle, but the TV is on a Sanus swivel stand, so that takes care of that issue. Sound quality is ok, might get a soundbar to improve that. For an entry level QLED TV, it's a good choice. Just get rid of the friggin' ads!

This Samsung was a big improvement in color from our previous Samsung (about 6 years old).We had an existing sound bar we use, but the TV’s sound is fine-no complaints. A nice little feature that we didn’t know until we got it home is that the remote is solar charged- no need for batteries! No more having to run out to buy batteries .

Hey everyone, I just wanted to dish out my latest home cinema upgrade - the Samsung 43" Q60B QLED 4K Smart TV. This beauty is changing the way I chill! Straight off, it's the perfect size. Not too massive, not too tiny. Fits my living room like it was made for it. And the sleek design? Now, about the picture quality - it's next level! The colors are vibrant, the blacks are deep, and the 4K resolution makes everything pop. Seriously, it's like looking through a window into another world. The Smart Tizen feature is super cool too. Easy to navigate and full of streaming options. From Netflix binges to YouTube surfing, it's got me covered. Setup was a breeze and connecting to WiFi was as easy as pie. Plus, it's got voice control, so no more losing the remote! Long story short, the Samsung Q60B has totally upped my TV game. If you want to treat your eyeballs to a top-notch viewing experience, this one's a winner. Time for me to dive back into my movie marathon. Happy watching, folks!

I would give this television more stars if it were available and I'll tell you why. I have owned various types of televisions over the years. Everything from Sony and Lg to Vizio or TCL and I have never been more satisfied than I have been with my samsung. We have had this tv going on 2 years now with no issues or complaints to date and I cannot say that about any of the previous tv's I just mentioned. This tv has absolutely the clearest picture you could imagine with the most vibrant and realistic colors I have ever seen. The Blacks are black and the colors are sharp and vivid with clarity out of this world and it just gets better from here! We don't have issues with sound or volume, you can sit anywhere in the room and still hear the most crisp and clear dialogue, thats loud without making any buzzing or humming noises and Best of all I'm not having to read along with captions just to keep up because everything can be heard. I could ramble on for an hour or so about how much I enjoy this television but will just say if your having trouble finding a television that you can rely on to give you a great picture and high quality sound for a price unmatched, then Go For Samsung!

Purchased this to use primarily as a computer monitor, and also as a 2nd TV. Great picture. Very thin and light for an LED TV. Very happy with my purchase ... highly recommended. Only downsides have to do with the remote. The remote is fairly useless for normal operation. I purchased a replacement Samsung Remote Control (BN59-01315J). With that, the interface is usable. With the original remote, the smart TV features ... and even something as simple as changing inputs ... is almost unusable. Fortunately, the replacement remote that I ordered is very inexpensive, and is (IMHO) as requirement. Deserves more than 4 stars ... wish I could give it 4-3/4. But the remote is definitely a ding on it, and is the ONLY reason why I don't give it a full 5 stars. But, overall, a highly recommended TV ... very happy.

I bought this tv less than a month ago at the suggestion of one of the store associates. I told him what I was looking for and he made a couple of suggestions, finally agreeing that this tv was best suited to my needs. It was surprisingly easy to set up -- I am not tech savvy -- and it was ready to watch within 30 minutes of setup. It has a nice picture, but I am now considering a sound bar. Even turned up to a higher volume, some shows/movies are harder to hear than others. Overall, I recommend this tv.

The TV has a bright and colorful picture when viewed directly on center. However, when you move your head to the side, the picture quality drops off rapidly. I do not recommend it for wide viewing angles. This is a common problem at this price point. The colors are not very accurate and flesh tones can vary. The audio is acceptable for a flat screen TV. If you get the spacing right from the back of the TV to the wall. voices will be acceptable. However, if you are a movie fan, I would recommend a sound bar. Most TVs of this type are terrible. Overall, this TV is good for its class, and I expect good reliabilty from Samsung. Watch for sales.

Beautiful picture quality and super slim. Set up was easy. I read in other reviews that the solar-powered remote was unreliable, but it has been just fine for me, so far.
