Excellent picture! I have had several positive comments from friends and family about the picture quality. Set up can be confusing to a tech non- savvy person, but it worked out just tine.

I’m in love with this purchase. Tv shows a great picture sound quality is good. I’ve had no issues. Looking to purchase one more.

I would give this TV 5 stars if it had better audio. I have the volume all the way up to 35 just to be able to hear it in my bedroom and I don't have a large bedroom. The picture is great. I also added a remote for it that i got on line where you can punch in the numbers for the station you want to watch. It was like $9 on Amamzon.

Great television! Very easy to install and use as a smart TV. The picture quality is fantastic. Everything is so crisp and sharp. The sound is also great. I would not hesitate to buy this television.

This a outstanding buy, excellent picture, it was a "Open Box" and is outstanding for gaming, (X-Box X-series) if you get the chance to get this TV please do, it's worth every dollar!!!

Amazing tv. Replaced my insignia firetv with this one and huge difference. I use direct tv streaming app and it is so much smoother. The tv has a lot of features such xbox streaming. I have yet to try it but nice to have the option. Overall very happy.

I bought this tv so I could easily connect to my streaming channels. I was having an impossible time connecting with my kindle fire tv. The new tv was easy to install and program. The sound quality is ok and also the picture is fine. They don’t force you to go with Amazon.

Best picture tv that we’ve ever purchased. Set up reasonably simple, but remote usage/setup I’d give 2stars. However, that is resolved by going to YouTube for a tutorial which I would think you shouldn’t need to do. Will continue to learn features of set as we go.

I love this TV! I put this in my bedroom, and I couldn't be any happier. Picture Quality is a 10. As with all Samsung, its price is high, but I am happy with the TV. I have one complaint. The main screen top half is always selling something. Why? This is my personal TV and I really rather not see any of this. No way to turn it off. Otherwise I'm very happy,

Bought this for my 87 year old dad. He doesn’t use it as a smart tv just connected to cable. It works fine. I’m a 62 year old women and I set it up on my own. Easy to do. Picture is very good. Sound is ok.

Tv screen is great, pretty easy to set up. In my medium sized space the sound is adequate. But….. everyone I know who purchased a Samsung was driven crazy by the unwanted audio that announces everything the tv is doing. For example, when you change volume it announced it loudly.

Sound was not so good. The quality was ok but had to run the volume up to 70-80% to hear it from other side of room. Needs a sound bar to make it great. One of the legs was off set as it was molded off set more than the other leg. Not a bad thing. The TV has a great picture for my game room.

My husband and I are very happy with our Samsung. It was time to replace our other TV. This one fills the bill. Glad we chose Samsung. We love the sleek and clean profile of this new set.

I just love this tv. Out of the box, the color and "crispness" was amazing. The men were so helpful and I learned somethings too.The last man I spoke got all my channels and will tell others about Best Buy. Thank you so much.

Love how easy it is to add devices and run your phone on the screen. The picture quality is beyond good. I usually get a bigger screen but this one is so nice I didn't need the monster size. It will be hung on the wall giving me back my dresser

Good tv with clear, bright picture. The volume isn't quite loud enough.

The picture is great and the interface is responsive (I use and Apple TV not the native apps most of the time). The sound is terrible. That makes sense considering the thinness of the TV but it is really bad. I didn't know how good I had it with my 10 year old LG.

Great picture and sound quality. I can't speak for the smart features, as I intentionally do not use it. I have been very satisified with this TV.

We have always been very happy with Samsung . This t v is in our four seasons room. We are very happy with the quality of the picture and the size of the TV fits perfectly in our wrong.
