This tv is fantastic. Nearly bezel-less and has an absolutely gorgeous picture. For the price of this TV, I’m blown away.

So far so good, the picture quality not the best but works, some reason the picture size adjustment is limited. Like the colors and lots off setting options.

This is a frustrating time for me. I ordered open box for the second time and the tv was delivered with no remote control. I contacted customer service, demanded accountability and was simply told to take the tv back to the store. I had it delivered for a reason. I’m not supposed to lift heavy items. Open box is sent from various stores and pricing varies and the condition varies. This is not what I expect from open box EXCELLENT. I dont recommend nor trust open box anymore. I also returned a mini fridge with a huge dent that was supposed to be open box EXCELLENT. Best Buy needs to raise their standards! If you really want the discount, pick it up from the store, so you csn inspect it before taking it home.

This TV has an amazing clear picture! It was easy to install in my home office. The remote works smoothly. I have it placed up high about 10’ away and the picture quality is terrific especially for this price point if a TV. I did get it open box- new condition. I live this TV

Quality is amazing, smart tv aspect is extremely fast and reliable. We use this one for gaming a lot and the downfall is the 60hz but the 120hz was pretty pricey so we settled and it’s honestly worth it cause this tv is beautiful. Def worth the price and made my son extremely happy for Christmas thanks Best Buy. Do wish the warranty would cover accidental since we pay extra for coverage
